Langshop is by far the best translation app out there. It is the only only that serve our needs. We have tested many others including Weglot and native Shopify features. Also they have live chat customer service that replies instantly to any issues you encounter.

I am very happy with the live chat support, there always online and very helpful. I am know using them on a second store, well worth it.

I HAVE BEEN USING SHOPIFY SINCE 2019 AND I WANT TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE AND SUPER USER-FRIENDLY APPLICATION, THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE TEAM FOR YOUR WORK.

I want to start this review by saying that this app is 100% worth trying just for the dedicated support and the importance that the langshop team gives to any customer who encounters problems. I had a rather complex problem and it was resolved within 2 days by the team. Whereas other apps would blame shopify or other excuses( it happened to me). PRO list with things that I like at this app and why I continue to use it: -The translation quality, the app is super user friendly, it's the only app whose interface is easy to understand and where I don't get lost in the settings, also they use the same translation AI as the other apps, the part I like about this app is that it has DeePL integrated in it, which is super good for stores selling in countries with different languages. One thing to point out and note by me is that for the translation to be as accurate as possible you need to get the punctuation right and the product names not to be spelled out in capital letters, otherwise the AI will consider them brand names, the app will translate any word and phrase if you follow the simple rule above, otherwise you run the risk of it not being so accurate but the problem would be with the original content, not the translation. -It has a great design and lets you customize the language switch button as you want, I tried it on other apps but this feature was quite limiting, which is a plus for Langahop. -The cost I consider relatively cheap, considering that with only 30 dollars it translates for free in 5 languages and you have no limit to which words or characters it translates. -Customer support and customer care is 10 stars, they really care about their customers, which surprised me as they always helped me with different questions and queries. Cons arguments to use this app I didn't find, many say it translates slow (I find it quite ok, they translated 250 products in 8-10 hours). I from previous experiences with other apps it has about the same speed, but accuracy of translation is more important than speed for me, that's why for me I can't consider it a con, but it depends on each one, it's a subjective thing as one is willing to wait.

The best translator app I have ever come across. Everything works as it should and the support is unbelievably good! I have never experienced such good support.

L'assistance semble ne rien avoir a y faire a vos questions. Je ne conseille pas, en plus de répondre a coté de la plaque, ils ne donne pas de code d'intégration a leur clients. Ils demandent un tas de questions privées, ce n'est pas profésionnel.

I tested ten translation apps. When I saw Langshop was developed by Aheadworks I decided immediately to give it a try as their plugins for my old Magento store back in 2012 were always some of the best developed. Since inclusiveinc.org is a 501c3 certified nonprofit charity serving the most physically limited disabled individuals with no use of their hands and arms through our Shopify NPO account. I wanted to try to reach as many people in our niche market worldwide as possible. Because most of the solutions we provide, we are the single designer manufacturer and distributor. If we didn't create and provide them, they would not exist. The only way to do that is to translate our site content into many languages as possible. Langshop did that seamlessly for 20 languages . Combined with Shopify markets, sales of one specific product designed exclusively for disabled individuals with spinal cord injuries or other neurogenic disabilities increased 10x immediately. We have a few reports of babies born to couples that otherwise could not have a child. As they say sex sells especially when it's in your own language! But ultimately we've been able to reach and Inspire so many more people with our content and solutions so they can see a future filled with possibilities that lets them develop a perspective of capability and find or discover their own unique purpose. *** UPDATE : They say that their customer service is available 24/7, but since I've left this review, they've removed any chat/support contact button from my account, as revenge. Considering the fact that you cannot do any change without the help of customer service, based on this non-user friendly app, I'm telling you, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS APP. Made one of the biggest wrong decision by choosing this app. Now most of my translations is stuck with this app, and if I were able to read the reviews before, I would have chosen differently. Been using this app for about 6 months. EVERY time we want to update anything, because the software is the opposite of user-friendly, we have to ask customer service, who respond 50% of the time, and when they do, they usually tell you that there's nothing they can do on their end, so you should just figure it out yourself. If you want to bulk edit more than 5 products, you need to use their import/export feature, which takes about 5-7 days to import, and 5-7 days to export. So hopefully you're in no rush, because it will take a decade to get your bulk changes in place. Every time you change something on the main version of the website, you'll have to go directly into your website code, to figure out where it's precisely located in the code of your theme, to then locate it in their app. There's no way to just type a word and they will tell you where the translation is - almost need a degree in computer science to get this working. I've received threat of removing the app if I left a bad review, which I'm doing anyway, since I'm fed up with everything. Also why you won't see a lot of negative reviews - they will remove any of your content if you leave a negative review of their app. Do yourself a favor, and don't choose this app, there's a million other one, and I wish someone would have told me this before I choose this one.

20230728 - They have improved the speed of the translation extremly. Also implemented new features which are very good. For example if you are using dynamic text and you have to update your theme it is stll copied to the new theme. Also other new features. They will get now from my side 10 stars!!!!!!! I am a German and has high demands. I am very happy since few months. They worked hard to improve the app. I had a lot of complains in the past. Everything has been fixed in a high level. Now they will earn 10 stars from my side (in the past they got only 1 star temporarly because of several problems). The support will earn also 10 stars from my side. For other apps you have to wait days for a response. They will react in few minutes. 20230228 - They did a great update regarding metafields - This topic is also fixed now. 20230216 - They have changed the behavoir of the statistics within few days. This topic is fixed now. In the summary the app to recommend because of the the features which the app supports. Also the translations of dynamic text parts which are not part of the theme. The application is very complete and is very valid. I ask the team to delete the codes of the app because I have uninstalled it and I am going to reinstall it later. I need the technical service to delete all the app code in my template.

Wir sind mit der App super zufrieden. Vieles ist selbsterklärend, einige Einstellungen brauchten etwas Beschäftigung damit, aber der Support ist herausragend. Ich kann gar nicht glauben, dass das ein Bot sein soll. ;-) Das eine oder andere muss manuell korrigiert werden, aber das ist sicher bei jeder Translation App so. Der Preis ist auch fair. Alles in allem: Klare Empfehlung, würde keine andere App mehr ausprobieren wollen.

Great Support, very reactive and for once, problem solvers ! I'm still discovering the app before publishing new languages but the app looks great so far, very imporessed. ERRATUM: Support is very reactive but the app was a complete waist of time in my case : it takes forever to translate, glossary functions and export/import functions didn't work.

The application really does the job! It is indeed occasionally difficult to handle. However, the customer service is TOP and available. What's good is that absolutely everything is translated and done so automatically!

Verry happy with the langshop app which we have installed to launch our new Markets and translations. There is a fix for everything. So Navigation, Cookie bar, Menu topics. The app is a bit confusing at times, as there is so manny content to be translated in one theme but there is a very good customer service available that is quick and complete in there response.
