Used to be Great — Now Ruined by Greedy Pricing Changes This app was easy to use and worked well — until they completely overhauled the pricing plans. The new plans are overpriced and offer less value. It’s frustrating to see a good app go down this path just to squeeze more money out of loyal users. We were planning to expand by adding another country, but the new pricing made it a no-go. We've already started switching to an alternative that's free and powered by AI. Quite difficult to set up in the beginning but the customer support is very helpful and responds quickly. I want to leave my not very good review about this application, the technical support responds quickly but practically does not help, and if there is something that they cannot do and you need a request to the developers, then no one will answer you, the application itself is not very convenient and buggy, the automatic translation of products and collections does not work as it should, sometimes it does not translate at all, sometimes it translates only partly, and sometimes it even adds a translation from another product and until you look at the product itself in the desired language you will not know, because the application will write "translated" the glossary is not convenient, each rule must be added for each language separately, in other applications you can do this at once for all languages ​​if there is such a need. The default sorting of goods inside the application is "old products first" and in order to find the 5 products added, in order to translate, you need to click "filter" then "new first" and applying the filter to 800 products takes up to two minutes, and then when you start choosing those same 5 products, these filters are suddenly reset and you need to choose them again and wait again, and I have 9 languages ​​and it's a nightmare. I took the "advanced" tariff for $75 when there were still old prices, everything unlimited. And I will say that it is not worth it. Especially the cosmic $500 per month. As soon as I find a suitable alternative, I will definitely be happy to delete this "wonderful" application .... I do not recommend it to anyone, especially for such a price. I like the app overall, it does have quite a few quirks here and there but you learn to get around it. There has not been any, as far as I can see, improvements to usability or things that really matter - such as auto-translate of products BUT only for certain fields like title, description etc. It will completely clog up when translating behind-the-scene data should as metafields etc. Why 2 stars? You see - they recently hiked the prices +700%. The highest package, everything included "unlimited" was $68. This is now $500. For my 4 shops, I think I will start to look for an alternative. Really terrific app - 5 languages added in a matter of hours, and the online support was great for a couple of teething problems I had! I even had native speakers look at the translations and they confirmed that they were very good! if you just want to translate your products this is a good app but if you frequently change your theme design or your entire theme then it is a little hard becuz you can not edit your theme design for the additional languages!
