very good app, and excellent help. the overall design is what I preferred and there was little bit confused when I removed previous language apps. but the help is excellent to walked me through.

Absolutely great translation app, very approachable and intuitive, allowing "non-professionals" to take the matter into their own hands. Super responsive customer service, which by itself is worth the price.

I added DeepL and it translates very well, but it was long to set up all dynamic field. However, I add very good support from the team.

I use the free free version of this app and I am very happy with its performance and meeting my needs. I had a problem that was caused with my own coding and as soon as I reported it, I received great help in solving the issue. I really appreciate their customer support.

No matter how good an app is, when you need the support, you want it fast. Very good customer service by Olga, efficient and goes the length for you until the problem is solved or answered although I was only using the free version to test it out! The second encounter was with Lilia and the service was so good that I went for a full year on the standard plan, thank you Langshop! 3rd encounter was also served by Lilia. I had a problem where I need to change the position of my switchers on the mobile version and she was so patient to assist me with this twice (didn't like the first position). We spent about an hour on this and she was very attentive. Much Appreciated!

This app is doing exactly what it promises and the support is outstanding. I can highly recommend it!

This app is another level of experience. I tested and tried so many other apps for translation and currency converters, and they lacked some functionality (like connecting external pro translation engines or sending content to the real translator for proficient native translation OR their currency converters were greatly lagging, and visitors needed to wait 2-3 seconds for showing chosen currency). ALL IS SOLVED with LangShop. One last thing - the support is helpful, responsive, polite, and amazing. Love you guys, this is great work, and after weeks of looking, you made my day. I am now localizing my content with DeepL Pro, which costs a few USD and all from your app - and the result is astonishing. Great Great Great app, recommend it to everyone.

Great app! Saves a lot of time and money compared to hiring translators. Here and there some improvements can be made like always. I can definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to offer in multiple languages and currencies. Their customer support is amazing and really goes into depth to find the cause of an issue. - - - - - - - - If you have technical difficulties they assist you asap and solve the error. Very little support. The translations to spanish were poor and we had too many edits that it wasn't worthwhile. Moreoever, once we deleted the app, it screwed up checkout of many of our products. They were unable to provide a full uninstall and told us to hire a web developer to fix their broken app. I was shocked this app is still on shopify app store.

The App works great, though i did have some trouble for setting it up at first. Within minutes their great support team helped me out and everything ran smoothly. So i would recommend their service

so far so good, the technical team is really helpful! The app is complete with different options for translation and going fast. The translation need to be checked before publication.

Doesn't translate right. Too expensive. Had to translate most of the words by myself. If you want a professional translation you have to pay more. The app could be a little more cheaper.

I like the free version, as I am bilingual, it's perfect for a DIY and if you are not bilingual, they have a paid version where you can have it done for you.

This software is quite expensive but the service is poor. most cases no working well and answers always like machine, you have to spend a lot time to learn and ask and wait by yourself.

I used this app and it did not work! Nothing was translated and I was on it for a week. I don't recommend this app
