I have 2 stores. I'm working with Klaviyo in both. it is by far the best email app out there. But you know something? Their customer service is one of the best i've ever met. Live chat. 24/7. and they are answering! and helping! all. the time. SUPER.

We're just starting to do our Email Marketing and we already feel like a pro! Definitely recommend Klaviyo as it really enables the team and allows us to really communicate who we are to the customers through the freedom the editor it gives!

When I wanted it to work most, nothing! Sent a request for customer support and they never got back to me! I tried using it because it was recommended highly to me, but instead it's a total let down. There are better services out there! Upset customer :(

Klaviyo's user interface is easy to use, which is a refreshing change from other web-based systems. And I especially love their pre-fabricated flows.

Good app but really expensive. There area cheaper options out there. Even Mailchimp is significantly less expensive.

My account has been disabled for about a month (with the same message that in "maximum" 3 days it will be reviewed), they have removed both the chat and the email support and in the meantime they continue to take my money, nice work guys, congratulations

Good job on changing the install settings, now I can't install it for some reason, had no problem 1 year ago. But I guess you just don't need new customers.

need coding experience, the worst customer service of my life. they won't help you AT ALL, they are slow to respond, and just refer you to the help center to figure it out yourself. The userability of the forms are also problematic as when using it, it would double up my logo and they were unable to help me resolve the issue

Best Emailing App for Shopify Stores, easy set up, easy campaigns, and easy Flow Series to maximize sales.

We have tried at least 2 other email marketing platforms and I have to say, compared to Klaviyo, it felt like they were in the dark ages of Web 1.0. They were clunky, unintuitive, and their templates were terrible. Klaviyo gives you automated marketing features like segments and flows, that can send sequences based on triggers to ensure the right emails get to the right people (newsletter subscribers, post purchase follow ups, abandoned carts, just to name a few.) Basically Klaviyo handles complexity without getting complicated (two related but very different concepts!) Seriously I thought it was a bit intimidating at first - but once I dove in, it is unbelievably intuitive to work with and so straightforward to get started with. Their Help/Support documentation is awesome, and they have an article for every single issue or feature that I needed to learn more about (super easy to search their site or Google to find the support material you need, because their content is so well organized.) I have run into multiple other Shopify brand owners and marketers that have echoed the very same sentiment (which helped reaffirm it for me) that Klaviyo is the current winner in the email marketing space and especially in the realm of Shopify and ecommerce. Definitely recommend!

I used this app one time and learning it was easy. It was more intuitive for me and made an email I am happy with. I set up the flows also but only in the past few days so I have no feedback.

Constantly disconnects - have had to redo my entire account about 5 times now. However - when it works, it works.

As much as they try to make it sound easy...Klaviyo is not easy unless you are an EXPERT. I am not. Support will not provide support unless you pay them. Their videos are not helpful to me. Seems to me that they would assist as much as possible to get you to the level of meeting the must pay. If it were my business with a free level that required payment once a store reached a certain level, I would bust my butt to help that store get to that level.

Really easy to set up, account manager contacted me to help with any questions I had, great tutorials on the academy. Brilliant app!

This has been one of the easiest apps to use for email marketing. I'm new to the business world and the drag and drop feature is self explanatory and I love the free plan to give it a try while I grow my business. Looking forward to learning all the ins and outs and growing my business with the tools and functions Klaviyo provides.

Great app until now I really recommend it to set up the flows and start generating some extra cash with emails.

Easy to use. And helped me a lot in creating my email campaigns. As a new business owner, I am still learning but this app makes my job a lot easier.

L'application est vraiment complexe à utiliser, trop d'infos, on n'y comprends rien. Je ne sais même pas annuler mon abonnement facilement. Concernant les mails, le design est très limité!

Works well to include products from my store in my emails, as well as to help me track and respond to abandoned carts. Klaviyo has so many more options than I currently use, but I'm getting there and seeing results the more I leverage it.
