Hands down, this is the best email marketing app on the planet. Even if you don't know what you're doing. The pre-built flows are a game-changer. I highly recommend this app to anyone how wants to make email marketing easier

Klaviyo suspended our account despite the fact we had never abused the app and are in good standing with Shopify. We had previously used the service. Klaviyo was not helpful and slow despite repeated attempts to have them understand this was a charity event and urgent time needs. We used Mailchimp, way easier, faster and better.

Its expensive but its fantastic, you must to use always and you will sell a lot I am a klaviyo lover

Although I very much enjoy the functionality of the app itself, someone on their team has repeatedly been harassing me with phone calls and emails. Within 15 hours of signing up someone from Klaviyo has called me 3 times and sent 2 emails. As a small business owner who is busy with work as is and dealing with Covid obstacles on top of that, I do not need to be bombarded with sales calls during the work day. This is the second time I have signed up to use Klaviyo and this behavior happened to me the first time as well. I highly suggest they tone down their aggressive and unappealing sales techniques UPDATE: MAY 21, 2021. Even after repeatedly declining their services they call me multiple times a day and it is the point of harassment. I loathe this company and do not suggest even signing up because they will bother you non stop with their sales tactics.

This app is well marketed, and go to tool for e-commerce email marketing. However be cautious that installing klaviyo shopify app and inserting their .JS to your store it takes 15 website speed points out of 100 possible speed points. Our developer pointed this out that klaviyo app inserts a ton of not needed stuff to the site that kills the speed performance score of the site. WE ran a test where we removed their .JS from our store and our google speed insights score went from 20 to 35... Klaviyo please fix this

I have just started using this app and loving it so far. I installed this app to help me with the email portion of my business. I have been using basic Shopify email and wanted a more professional look. It took me a little bit to put it all together, but pleased so far. I am only using the email and pop up features right now with no problems. I am loving the automations in the welcome email section, and the many email templates to choose from. I may dive into more later on.

Very undependable app. SMS isn't sending 80% of the time. I tested with our own 2 numbers but the flows and automation don't work! Worst experience ever

I would never use Shopify without it. Once you get in the right way of thinking and using Klaviyo, there's no going back.

So easy to use, even for people like me who aren't the most savvy. The help center is pretty robust too. Love it!

Creating email flows is super easy with Klaviyo. By far, this is the best tool I've used in my Shopify store.

Exactly what I needed! So much easier than other apps I've tried! It's perfect! The flows and campaigns have become easier. It took me a few hours to figure out everything, now it's just falling into place. My Shopify developer recommended it and i'm glad he did!

I needed this 5 years ago! This app is going to save my email marketing strategy (or lack thereof). So easy to use and so many automations to take advantage of. I am in automation heaven!

Easy to use and very effective. Even with a small client base --we've been online for only two months--, the mailing campaigns and flows are driving sales.

The dynamic coupon in the flow automation stops working for more than a week. After I reported the issue, the support just tells me that it must be I made some changes to the coupon which causes the issue. But I am very sure no changes had been made and ask them to review my activity. Then only they acknowledge it is a bug from their side. So the support tells me that they are working to fix it (no ETA), meanwhile either use a static coupon code or stop giving coupons. 5 days passed and it is not solved yet. Absolutely dissapointed with this lousy service.

Gamechanger - has double our sales and increased customer satisfaction tenfold. Way better than Mailchimp.

Had to spend some time getting to know Klaviyo, but once in, I am now loving everything! So many amazing features that I can't wait to start using.
