I am soooo tickled by the endless options within Klaviyo. What the heck was I doing at Flodesk for a year--what a waste for e-commerce peeps! Thanks Klaviyo, I'll be here forever. :)

I am new to this app and am really liking it! It allows me to create flows and campaigns and manage lists!

Great app with a very clean interface. My only issues are that it's a bit confusing to locate and edit lists/segments. Also, for some reason it makes me log into the app every time I open it, even when I'm using the same computer/browser. All in all, it's a very good app and I'd recommend it to most people.

SO much more functionality than Mailchimp! This app allows me to set up custom flows that make me feel like I'm connecting with my customers a lot more closely - I would highly recommend for any ecomm store!

I use this app to send out an email campaign to my new and returning subscribers and I love it and it is easy to use.

They have some of the best help resources, guides, articles, videos and shopify focused content to guide you. By far the best CRM platform I've come across for my business

I really hate most newsletter templates, but this has changed my perspective, excellent product that i cannot recommend enough !!

Im amazed that is for free. They provide great value for starting entrepreneurs. At the end 250 contacts goes fast, so just consider your AOV and then make a decision

It's crap. We chose Klaviyo because it can create coupons and activate upon sending the email, 22% of the times it didn't work (we have 3 shopify-linked Klaviyo account, all experienced the same). Contacted support, and the problem was never solved, they just say "it's hard to say why it didn't work..." ????? Seriously? The upside is, the onboarding manager and account manager was very helpful and nice.

I can't use this app because I can't send any emails. I created 4 flows and run them live, but I didn't receive any emails on 3 different email addresses with 3 different devices. I can't run my store now too, because my clients won't receive any coupons that I promise to send them by email. There is no support too, it's been 35 hours since I emailed them, and they didn't answer yet. Very disappointed with this, I thought this app will be much more helpful

The platform isn't intuitive and the customer service is mediocre at best. The final straw was when one of my flows stopped sending emails for no reason. Klaviyo customer service had no idea why and had to escalate. Also you have to pay extra for no double opt-in, which is ridiculous.

Leider antwortet der Support nicht auf meine Emails. Kein Zugang mehr zu meinem Klaviyo-Dashboard möglich (nur noch über die Shopify App am Handy, was aber keine Lösung ist) Über einen Browser werde ich bei dem Login-Versuch nach einem Bestätigungscode gefragt, welcher per Email versendet werden sollte (Ich erhalte aber keinen Code per Email). Emails mehrmals überprüft. Etliche Emails wurden bisher ignoriert und keinerlei Reaktion seitens Klaviyo. Echt Schade.

I am using Klaviyo to manage my email marketing. I like the flow concepts on the app that allow automatic email sending. The premade ones available are a good starting point. I also like the campaigns. I don't like that I had to upload my subscribers list, I thought it would have been able to be imported during the integration.

Loving Klaviyo! It's a bit overwhelming at first, but there are lots of video tutorials out there to get you going. Love that it's free to start with, until your list has grown. By then, you should be able to afford to pay for it!

It does what it says out the box. So much more powerful than any other ESP I've come across and it does genuinely pay for itself almost right away. Happy customer.

I have previously been a big fan of Klaviyo, but this year it has been impossible to get tickets solved. Most of the time there is no reply or a useless macro reply.

Terrible experience with support. Raised one ticket with no response. Raised another which took nearly 24 hours for a response on an urgent item when they promise 2 hours. So went to live chat which was a waste of time - rude and seriously unhelpful. The platform is also half built and buggy. Features clearly listed in the documentation don't exist on our paid plan for some reason. UI/UX is terrible and it's hard to get to the basic analytics you need.

Good, but I wish pricing was more flexible. I'm using it for one single function only, but because I have many subscribers I'm asked to upgrade. I would rather pay for the functions I'm using and not subscribers count.

I like using it. Easy to implement. Starting to use it more often, getting used to it and exploring posibilities. Powerfull tool.

I love Klaviyo and I especially love the personal service they provide. Highly recommend if you are serious about your email marketing.

I love Klaviyo. I am a beginner on Klaviyo and I very much appreciate all features i can test every day.

Don't bother, just tried to send out the email announcing the launch of my website to my VIP client list (a huge 10 people) and my account was disabled until they review it which takes one business day. Well its Sat. so now I either have to push back my entire social media campaign or my VIP clients are going to find out after the general public. Great work guys, maybe you could have verified my account in the 6 months I have had the app installed and not the moment I send out a campaign.
