Very user-friendly for a small business owner who is learning. There are so many templates to help guide design which saves a lot of time. Overall a great experience.

So far so good, the app is user friendly, great video tutorials and courses, and overall pleased with the amount of things you can do on the free version!

Klaviyo is really powerful. Very easy to help you make campaigns and flows. Klaviyo's segmentation options are incredible, and their customer service is amazing!

This app allows me to successfully create a lasting relationship with my customers with all its features! I highly recommend this app!

I absolutely love Klaviyo. There is no better combination than Shopify and Klaviyo to help you connect with your community and serve them. The segmenting options in Klaviyo is bananas, and their customer service is amazing!

At first, using this app to create email flows and campaigns was incredibly user friendly and easy to use. I was very excited to send targeted emails to my new subscribers and loyal customers. Unfortunately, integrating the app with my custom theme "Flow" has been a different story. In my store, I have a pop up that collects new email subscribers. I can see that the customer is subscribed on my Shopify customers tab, However even after successfully embedding the Kalviyo app, I don't see those customers in the list I created in Klaviyo. I have reached out for help numerous times and the Klaviyo team says that it's not their problem and to reach out to the Flow theme developers. The Flow theme developers say it's not their problem and to reach out to the Klaviyo developers. I've read all the blog posts on email subscriber integration and even tried to fix the code myself to no avail. This process has been a little frustrating. I'd just love to send an email to a new subscriber...heavy sigh.

Have been using Klaviyo for a few months now and it's been great. I love all of the variety of pre-made forms and templates. It makes it easier for me just to add a few words to compete my newsletters and/or campaigns.

We recently started using Klaviyo and are really happy with it! It's very easy to use and looks great! We tested out a few other email marketing providers for eCommerce and found Klaviyo to be the easiest to use - some other well-known ones were very glitchy!

Waste of hours of time trying to get this set up for Shopify so that I can automatically send a coupon code to subscribers and also embed into a page so I can use the link on social. This is just another programme like Mailchimp.

Non arriva il messaggio di verifica a 6 cifre via mail, nemmno nello, spam e ho seguito le procedure che il sitema in automatico chiede di fare. l'Assistenza non esiste non c'è nemmeno una chat sul sito per essere supportati. Dicono di mandare una mail ma non risponde mai nessuno. Ad oggi il problema non ci è stato ancora risolto e per colpa vostra siamo bloccati con il lavoro delle newsletter! davvero pessima esperienza.

very difficult to use, there is not any support agent just a bot that is not setup properly, I am getting rid of this app there are many others with better support than this one

Used this service for a year and a half, then they suddenly realized they don't like adult toy stores. Their Terms of Service have no mention of the adult toy industry. They immediately locked my account, and I can't export my list. I really don't care which email marketing solution to use. They are just as good anyone else, but the way they randomly lock accounts is awful. Stay away, use Omnisend or Privy. Had Omnisend for just as long and never had issues. I'll file chargebacks for the past 6 months. Have fun.

I have used Klaviyo for a long time and just lately decided to get more in-depth with its fantastic feature. However, I had to face an issue of add-to-cart event not triggered after adding the snippet codes to theme.liquid folder. Maggie and Josh from the customer support team were very kind to help me find someone who can fix this issue for me. Later, Brian stepped in to fix the issue. He is very professional and we had very effective communication. He tweaked some codes and asked me to paste them into the theme.liquid folder and the codes do their magic. Now I have an add-to-cart event tracking properly. Thanks, Maggie, Josh & Brian, you guys are awesome and the company should give you a raise! Cheers

Its awesome. Has many features and templates one would need for their campaigns. Easy to use too....

Apart from the random sound of badly mixed ukuleles in the background of there training videos, that stop me from watching them as I can not concentrate, the product is fine. Get rid of the bad music in the training vids.

Great email platform! There is definitely more of a learning curve than other email programs, but the effort is worth it with WAY better analytics and integration with Shopify to give you better insight into the behaviour of your customers. I only wish they would create some truly modern, creative templates, such as Flodesk has.

I love this platform! Compared to other email and SMS platforms, Klayvio has the best features and is very easy to use.

Great and intuitive app. I'm not sold on the open rate when compared to other services, however the creation and building aspect is best in the biz.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! POSSIBLE SCAM (read this before using this service) Klaviyo has been nothing but trouble since we've started using it about two years ago. Let's start with emailing. Open rates are horrifically low when emailing our most loyal customers with this service. We were able to triple our open rates immediately by using a different service. My first issue with Klaviyo is poor support. Live chat takes a day or two to respond to simple and urgent requests and email support is appalling. In two years, I've not gotten a single written reply to any questions I've asked. All they do is send you blogs or pre-written responses that do anything but answer your questions. Waiting for simple (real) answers from Klaviyo support is so frustrating and has suspended the email side of my business by days or weeks at a time. Lastly, I could not even cancel this service without issues! YOU CAN NOT CANCEL BILLING FOR YOUR ACCOUNT! You can only 'request' to cancel billing for your account. I 'requested' to cancel billing for my account and was denied for whatever reason and therefore was billed over $550 for the next month. What kind of scam is this? The only way out of this scam was to dispute the charge. I hate disputing charges because of what disputes can do to a business but what was I supposed to do? I asked their support 6 different times to refund me and cancel my account and kept having to wait days for the same pre-written response that kept referring me to a blog. I literally begged over and over for a human to respond to me regarding this issue and they kept sending the same reply to me on how to cancel my account. I've never experienced this type of interaction with a service that costs as much as Klaviyo. I hate disputing charges and would do anything to avoid leaving poor reviews on a service because I understand how hard it is to build a business but these practices aren't safe. Proceed with Klaviyo with caution.

Good for what it is. Would recommend to anyone looking for an email marketing tool to pair with Shopify.
