If you want to do anything with ecommerce, Klaviyo is #2 tool after your website platform. This is the tool for keeping good relationship with your customers and being able to segment them any way you can think of. Example if you have only one size left in your garment stock you can segment those who bought this size and send them amazing offer so you can get rid of this extra stock. Few words can not describe the necessity of Klaviyo

Very good job from these developers. Pricing is a bit high but regarding the possibilities it seems worth it.

I joined up with Klaviyo a year go. Still no live chat a year later which is just basic-level customer service for any online organisation and emailing and waiting for answers is painful. It seems that none of the people signing up to my newsletter popup subscription box have been added to the Newsletter since 24 March 2020. Julian mentioned 5 people had signed up between 20-24 May - however none of these dates correspond with signups to the newsletter and he and Brian have been unable to tell me who they are - or where their info is in the system - because I had the newsletter set to Australian-only visitors. Not feeling especially happy right now with Klaviyo.

I have been using autoresponders for 12 years. This one blows them all out of the water! Easy user interface. Intuitive flows and tons of data to analyze to understand your customers. I highly recommend it!

Can I give it 6 stars? Wow... I've been looking and spending money on other software, but this is just Amazing... The people at Klavio really understand what it means to be a Shopify store owner.

Best email marketing for Shopify. There are just soo many integrations between Shopify and Klaviyo that it is the most powerful marketing tool bar none! Seriously, it's just insane how powerful this tool can be.

Looks good, could be useful if you maid a video tutorial, but all is good, it seems handy and the templates are looking sharp

I had an issue late on Friday night. I contacted my sales rep and he came through in a big way. Customer service is top notch! The app works great and we here can wait to start diving deeper into it. The app is very user friendly.

Horrible Support! I had to send an order confirmation to my clients and it took almost 5-6 hours to upload the lists. After all that hassle when i hit send, this useless app says account disabled and they'll have to verify before ic ould send email. what a waste of freakin time! please use the BCC feature in your Gmail. That does a lot more than this useless piece of ....! Worst part is they take forever to respond to support requests!!

Klaviyo is by far my preferred choice of email marketing service, and believe me, I have used most if not all of them. They provide pretty much the same services as others, but they do it through a better UI/UX and features that make sending emails out much easier. What really sets them apart is their customer service. I have spoken to a sales rep and technical support on their team over the phone. And they have been great to deal with every time.

Probably the best customer automation apps on the app store, has made my life a breeze and has really helped with customer engagement. The out of the box flows are amazing!

That app is so great. The best email automation tool I've used so far on Shopify. Out-of-the-box flows and automations really help when you have little experience with email marketing.

I will admit. I only switched to Klayvio because of MailChimp stopped its integration with Shopify. Everything happens for a reason right? My email marketing has gotten so much better because of the switch. Klayvio is a power email marketing tool! It is simple to use and the preset templates are amazing. You will not be disappointed with klayvio!! Excellent ******
