So far it works well. We would like to use its features but we don't have enough time yet. As long as the app is free with offering basic features, we still use it instead of paying for other apps but missing the chance to utilize the tool. Good work team!

NEW USERS BEWARE!! Perhaps those of you migrating from another email sending service know this already, but when you attempt to send your first flow/campaign Klaviyo will disable your account for about 24 hours while they "verify" you. They want to make sure you did not buy your email lists, which makes sense, but I feel that this procedure was not explained before hand. So when I attempted to send out my very first campaign, on Mother's Day, they froze my account, and my Mom's Day promotion went down the drain. Also, I feel like they could use a little common sense about this: I only have 39 emails on my list!!! Do you really think I am going to spend money on only 39 emails?!? Come on, Klaviyo. There should be a numeric threshold for the verification, perhaps 100 + emails. So, again, I understand the concept: it is Klaviyo's lack of communication and transparency about it that irks me. I am sure it's in the fine print somewhere, all I am saying is be more up-front about it please!! So, if you are brand-new to an email service like this: give yourself an extra day or so, before your first campaign, in order for them to verify you. Why they cannot verify accounts before the campaign goes out is beyond me. Anyway, that's my rant. For what it's worth I am now "verified" and up and running. Just beware!

Removed this app from the store but they are still billing me on a monthly basis. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

So far so good. A little bit complex, for someone who is completely self taught, but I think it's because it has a lot of features. The templates are good and its quite logical. Exited to see the results of our first email campaign!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. If you need Email Marketing look at any company except this one. Once you pay for your subscription they will block you from sending emails without any reason. That is not the worst part. The WORST IS THAT THEY KEEP THE MONET AND WONT REFUND. I AM DEALING WITH MY BANK NOW TO GET OVER $1,000 USD BACK!!! Francis Baker was the agent that was replying to me then he stopped replying. HORRIBLE PERSON, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible app. They take your money and then close your account for NO REASON AT ALL and wont issue any refunds. They should have less than 4 star rating

Great app! Should start using it more, nice templates and very easy to use. I will have to look into it more to make the most out of it.

The Klaviyo app is the BEST! Simple to use and makes us look like marketing guru's. The best... ITS FREE, for now at least. while you're small and starting our free can't be beat. Although once we start paying, as we grow, I will have no problems doing so.

This is by far my favorite email marketing app. It integrates so well with the data that comes into my shopify store so I can segment customers accordingly. Really easy to use and the free plan is what got me to get started. When we started growing our list with another business I use this for - the paid plan paid for itself.

BUYERS BEWARE! One of the worst experiences since we launched our store. We spent thousands of dollars for our email automation strategy using Klaviyo. And then without any notice they closed our account, didn't provide any explanation at all just said "didn't meet their Terms". We did nothing wrong and lost thousands of dollars that we will probably never see again. I highly recommend you check out literally any other email providers if you don't want to lose all emails you built.

Apps been great so far. Klaviyo allows us to integrate with Shopify and efficiently work with both systems. Ill update my review in the coming months as we just started.

This app does most of what we need. It has great metrics and tracking, integrations, and have had good support. We have multiple accounts to manage our different stores so it would be great if we could integrate under one account. But, we're quite happy with the app.

I use this app for all of my email marketing. I really enjoy its ease of use and powerful algorithms. I wish it was a bit cheaper but they do good work.

The best app hands down! I've used other apps but none so easy as this. Take advantage of this app, it will boost your customers for sure!

This is really easy and simple to use. Videos are a great help first. Ive set up a whole email campaign straight away, after knowing nothing on how to do so. So straight forward and very easy to navigate.

I used to use Mailchimp, but started to check these guys out and holy-shit-balls Batman!! This is way, way, better than MC!! A fantastic app, so easy to use and integrates seamlessly with your store even down to product order status for customers, which is just awesome!! Thank you for such a great app!!

For such a hyped app, we're very underwhelmed by the experience. 1. Damn expensive for stores with large lists - I'm old enough to remember when telcos used to rip off customers with inflated SMS charges because people didn't realise they cost almost nothing to send. Seems similar here, email is cheap, dirt cheap, yes, charge a premium if you have proprietary segmentation, great software etc but klaviyo went too far imo. 2. Poor customer service and uninituitive install process Despite price reservations we succumbed to the hype and adopted a cautious approach. As a test we installed on our secondary store which is quite small. We already do abandoned cart sequences etc so we decided to test their browse abandonment flow which would be incremental revenue. Weeks and pass and no flows are triggered. Apparently the automated shopify install PLUS manual web tracking install is not enough. There is some kind of 3rd step which depends on our theme. In their words "This is something I would suggest hiring development resources to achieve". WOW - go pay someone else to install one of our core features. 3. Security Risk Just to recap, this app has been sat on our scondary store and hasn't fired a single email due to above feature not being part of the install and customer service being disinterested in onboarding a new client and us having other things to do. No big deal, we can find another app to test browse abandonment. Then we get an email saying, again, I quote "We experienced a security incident on our opt-out forms that resulted in the unauthorized disclosure of non-sensitive information" Now, remember this app is inactive and yet they tell us "A total of XX email addresses stored in your Klaviyo account were accessed through our opt-out related forms by unauthorized persons" WOW - we don't use klaviyo forms, literally no emails have been fired because the only flow setup is an inactive one. So, if it wasn't forms, how did they really leak the data and why do they consider emails to be non-sensitive data?!! Seems pretty sensitive to me. Not much else to say, I'm sure it provides value to others, soem people seem to be happy with it but for us, can't think of a reason to give more than 1 star
