I was on with Gena and Zakaria for hours!!! Gena helped me solve my problem and was very patient with my unskillful-self. i use judge.me forever on my store, it´s great and have amazing support! My favorite features: discount coupon for clients who leave a review, the ugc media that shows your clients instagram pictures and links with the product

I got Zakaria online he helped me with setting reviews, background button color, really fast, I did not wait to get a reply . He did every thing what I wanted . judge.me need agent like Zakaria only, I will be using paid subscription next time.

So far, it's been a great experience! We no longer need to painstakingly solicit reviews, and their support team is incredibly responsive.
