I need a little tweak of settings for the optimal result. Contacted support and they fixed it with coding within 20 minutes. Perfect. And the app itself does honestly cover all of my needs and then some. I highly recommend this app.

The support on this app is so fast and friendly. I will continue using this app and now do the upgraded version.

2nd time actually contacting customer support. Like the fact that they will work with you to find the solution to your problem no matter how long it takes or how difficult your problem is. There isn't some generic answer or pointing you to the FAQs to help you with your problem. The Customer Service reps know and understand their product.

Great functionality. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the app set up but the help desk is very responsive and helpful in making any adjustments or explaining how to do specific things.

I like the app it has a lot of features and if your are willing to pay for the pro version it has even more features. I also love the support it´s super fast and helps me everytime

this is very good product review app where you will get option of video image review as well along with rating.

Musste mich für judge.me oder loox entscheiden, die Wahl ist schlussendlich auf Judge.me gefallen. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder so machen. Hatte ein Problem mit der Platzierung der Bewertungen und den Kundendienst per Chat um Rat gefragt und Christian von Judge.me hat es kurzerhand für mich umgestellt. Keine Minute gegangen bis ich mein Ziel erreicht wird. Deswegen 5/5!

Very helpful...especially the ability to send review requests for older orders with the premium plan. This helps jumpstart our review section as we are late to implementing any kind of reviews, so it's great that we didn't necessarily miss the chance to get feedback from orders as far back as a year ago. We use the Judge Me App for our product reviews and they have been amazing. I am not that technically advanced (Dinosaur) and have found the online support incredibly fast and super simple. Most of my requests or enquiries have been dealt with by the support team. Makes me look like a techno superstar and I am loving it. Wish more apps had the same kind of back-end help for businesses like mine, cheers Emma @ kidstoyhire
