Great Customer Support, always available and very helpful. Its nice to have the limited version for free when you are starting and dont have a big budget.

Best app for review, everything you need is in there, I recommend it and without a doubt will keep it as long as my store is running.

This is a world class application, with world class support. I have used judge.me for years and every time I make a big change to our template or Geta. new template that are there for me with fast fixes. Today I had the pleasure of working with Omar from their support team in Morocco and wow! What a pleasant person with skills of a master. He helped me with all my issues. I am so pleased with this app.

Judge.me works really well to request and display product reviews. I upgraded immediately to the paid plan so I could modify the look of the email request template and the way that reviews display on my site to match my brand. Customer service are brilliant - so responsive and helpful. They have really gone above and beyond to try and find solutions for me when I've come up with issues.

What a fantastic app and the support is brilliant, always on hand to help and nothing seems to much trouble. The only thing I would like to see is that when reviews come from my Etsy store that they are automatically verified instead of me having to request them be verified.

Best app for reviews that I have seen.. I tried them all ! -- I now use it in all my pages and it's getting great results

We have just started using it but so far the installation was very smooth, it knows everything we need and more. You can also move reviews to another product if it was not written to the correct product by the reviewer, set up coupons for reviews, set up email templates easily to fit the shop style.

After uninstalling SPR apps and START Judge.me instead. It never lets me down. Thanks for the great products. Highly recommended. Update 4th, July 2020 Recently, I have got a lot of issues reported from Google Structured Tool and some of them were fixed by Judge.me very quick. The best customer service! Highly recommend.
