FINALLY! I was dragging my feet at the thought of having to copy and paste all of my reviews from the app i was using previously and it literally took minutes. I was able to export them on a CSV file and import them in seconds and boom it was done. Just a couple mishaps found upon being imported that customer support responded to and corrected within seconds. There was no beating around the bush about my day, the weather, and small talk - just efficient, straight to the problem, fixed it, and boom was done. They are the most efficient customer support for an app or online program I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Can't recommend enough!

This app really makes requesting and receiving reviews easy. There are so many cool features, as well as ways to customize the look of the reviews and emails that are sent to your customers. I especially love how quick and responsive he customer service chat is. I recently had trouble finding a few settings so I utilized the chat feature and the customer service rep was very polite and quick to answer my questions.
