Somehow I had goofed up my reviews. I reached out and asked if there was a way to fix it. Less than 10 minutes later I had an email saying it was fixed. I refreshed my website and it was fixed. Thank you so much! I was expecting to get directions to do it myself. Having it done for me so fast was incredible. Thank you for such great service. Judge.me has been a great app for my shop. I appreciate the Judge.me team!

Tried to install the app but was unable to automatically install it myself, window popped up to say that it would be done by their team. Expected within 24hrs. 10 mins later I received an email saying it was fully installed! Great service so far. No complaints.

This app is amazing. It has helped us receive 600 reviews in less than a year. The automated email that gets sent to your customers is easy and very efficient. If that wasn't enough, the customer service from this company is nothing short of amazing. All you have to do is email them with your concern or something you would like to fix and they will go ahead and fix it for you. Highly recommend.

I think the Judge app is great!!! Especially the services, I can chat with them in 2 mins, then help me out.

Great app, even the free version is really complete, wayyyy more complete than other free versions of other review apps. I manage several stores and I've downloaded Judge me for about 5 of them! Support is always really helpful and quick.
