We've been using this for over 9 months and we're not going back. Amazing value for money with an astonishingly solid tech support, do yourself a favour and don't bother with any other review app 10/10.

Fantastic customer service - a real person was available to help me immediately on the live chat at 7pm AEST and fixed my problem before I could even finish asking the question. Blown away! Thanks Lam. (UPDATE: I couldn't post more than one review but came back to say that all the customer support team is brilliant, as I've had multiple questions and they've always been available and able to help each time!!)

I love judge me. I originally left after using it for years to another platform for some other features but returned quickly once I realised it actually has all I need for a reasonable price. The support is fantastic too. Highly recommended.

We have been using Judge.me for a few years and have always had a positive experience. We especially like that the colours are customizable to fit the vibe of the site. But the main reason for the 5-star review is their amazing customer service. We are switching to a new Shopify site, and I was having trouble importing our existing reviews from our old site to our new site. I emailed the judge.me team and explained my issue. I thought that I would get an explanation of what I needed to do with a bunch of steps, but instead, Gabriela just did it for me! I then had a follow up question, and again, she just... fixed it. I was so grateful for her help, and so impressed by the level of customer service. Based on our experience, we definitely recommend judge.me.
