So far so good - just installed with a trial for the paid version. Excited to integrate with Klaviyo and also get reviews from previous purchasers! Love the image and video options, and rewards! Chat help was easy and efficient when I had questions

Hakima was so, so helpful! She sent me screen captures and directed me exactly where to go to fix my issue, and offered to do it for me if I couldn't get it to work.

App lacks soma customizable features, but overall good for its price - the customer support is good as well.

Cheap, cost-effective, relatively smooth to use, the overall comment plug-ins are similar, the site initially do not need to pursue how good the plug-in, as long as the normal collection and display of user comments can be.
