Great review software! And the chat tech support is truly awesome, even when I'm working on the weekends they just always seem to be available and can fix whatever I need.

Helped resolve an issue with a review very quickly. Many of these companies have automated responses, and it was nice to get an email response from an actual human that helped me out. Haven't had the app for long but so far, so good!

Had issues with the Shopify's own review app so I switched to Judge.me, and I'm glad I did. Everything's easily customizable and editable, the support team is top-notch and always available via live chat, everything works properly. What more could you ask for? I recommend this to anyone in need of a good review app for Shopify.
