Incredibly great customer service, very responsive and provided a lot of help! Soufiane was great. The app itself works great, love that folks can upload photos to their reviews and we have ways to filter through the plethora of reviews that our customers are leaving.

Heartily recommend! One of the best Reviews app I have experienced, its features are ample and meet the needs even for the Free Plan. There was a small problem which I suppose was related to the integration with our store's theme, and I was given very quick if not instant support from the Support Team (in my case it was Ben) to have the issue resolved without even having to do virtually anything myself further than pressing the support button!

They are exceptionally good with support. I was facing an issue with structure data. Even though it wasn't happening because of judge.me but they still help me out and remove the code. I think Shopify support should outsource their customer support to them. Thanks Hakima
