First of all, It's a good service. The support team is very nice and helpful with anything. And the app itself it's easy to use and useful. The support team guide me with everything I need which was great!

Best support. I was having trouble importing reviews in Norwegian language, but the support team helped me out and successfully imported my file.

I don't see any reason to use any other review app. I needed some help getting it looking right and Christian got it all fixed in just a minute or two, via the built-in support chat. THIS is what customer support is supposed to be.
