The app is easy to install though takes some time to read through all its bells & whistles to configure and set up. The pricing is reasonable. Support is readily available when you need it as well as friendly and knowledgable to work with. Upon theme update, the app reinstalled itself automatically. Overall I'm happy with the fact it works and is a reliable asset to our business.

I like the app and the way I can customize everything, and it looks nice on my store site. I initially had some challenges with understanding all the features but Abdessadek from the Judge.Me Support Team got on a Zoom call with me and patiently walked me through the features and answered my questions. He was very professional, patient, and kind. Additionally he sent additional resources to help me navigate the app features well. I now have a much better understanding of the app. Would recommend.
