We've used Judge.me on both of our shops and have watched it evolve over the years. The customer service is by far the best of any shopify app I've used and could not be happier with how fast they can answer questions and help when needed. They also speak and understand English well -- huge difference from most apps on shopify!

I would recommend Judge Me to others, because it will help with conversions for sales because of verified reviews. It allows text based reviews AND photos, an videos. This is perfect for UGC!
