The app is really great and easy to use. The customer service is fantastic. They went out of their way to help. Especially with transporting my old reviews over to Judge.me. I also love that you can email forms to customers making it easy for them to just quickly review your item right from their email. So glad i found this app! Highly recommend.

I had been using the Shopify review "default app" and it just stopped working all together. I found this app and within a second of installing, help was right there in messenger. She took care of uploading my existing reviews and hiding the old app reviews. So far so good! Thanks for making my life easy

the customer support from judge.me is 10/10. they are extremely helpful and give very detailed step by step instructions and even include pictures so you can visualise what they mean. couldnt ask for much more really. would 100% recommend

I love this app. I have had this installed for more than 3 years and their customer support is the best I've experienced among the rest of the apps. Their support is just a minute away whenever you message them on the chat and will make sure to help you out with any design or layout issues. This is my 4th site using Judge.me. Feature is perfect of course, and the Support is fantastic. Sounds to me their online chat work around the clock and always pick up my chat in <5 mins. Great app, easy enough to use, has loads of options, works across multiple Shopify stores, and the most important thing, support is very quick and helpful in resolving issues!
