App is great. There's only one thing I'm missing and that's - the option to download reviews lower than 5 stars.. I don't like editing it manually :-) But otherwise I praise both the application and the support.

I'm not a fan of chat support usually, but this support team does it better than any other I've come across. It's not like Shopify support these days, where you can be 45 mins into the chat and still no solution. Judgeme support has been very impressive and at times solving the problem for you, rather than telling the user how to do it. Hats off to the team. Appreciate the help over the last few days. Really.

Customer support is amazing! They helped me import my views when I kept running into errors. I highly recommend this app - I love that you can curate reviews and set them so they don't go live until you've reviewed them.

I have an Etsy store and am currently setting up a Shopify store using the same product base. I used Shuttle to export my reviews from Etsy and then did an import to bring them into Judge.me. It works great and is super easy to do the imports. I accidentally uploaded an extract twice and ended up with a bunch of duplicate reviews in Judge.me and I want to send a shout out to the customer service provided by Judge.me. They not only responded in less than a minute, they also ran a script for me to remove the duplicates. I plan to continue using Judge.me as my review app for Shopify since I am so pleased with this product.
