Wasn't sure the Judge.me app carried over to my new version of Dawn 10.0.0. Through Judge.me's chat, Ron assisted me not only in updating things for the new version, but also educated me in how to better use the Judge.me app. That's great customer service. I've been working at putting my Shopify website together for some time and aim to go live in three weeks. I expect that having the Judge.me app integrated with my store and functioning at full capacity will be very helpful as I launch my website. Thank, Ron. You were a big help!

very slow app and doesn't work properly all the time. Just to load settings, it's extremely slow. Overrated app

I tried em all...install, uninstall, install, uninstall. until i found this one. it's not the prettiest back-end interface, but don't let that fool you...it works. and at a huge discount to the other "prettier" interfaces like loox, stamped, etc. Mustapha and their entire support team responds in seconds (writing this on Sun morning after great support on an issue!).

It is very easy to use! And when you do have questions, the support team will help you in a second. They are very quick and polite. I 100% recommend this App. Thank you An for helping me set up Judge.me App on my store!

The app makes importing reviews from other e-commerce stores very easy. I recommend to anyone wanting to add reviews to their store and also have high customizability. Customer support is rapid and always there to help. Shoutout to Ron for being kind enough to solve my issue in only a few minutes.

Fantastic support! I installed this app as it appeared to meet my needs, but I was especially after multi-lingual support. The support person (Han) reached out to me and asked if I needed help. She did the bulk of the setup and I'm now up and running. This was an immense help as the old review product app had let me down and consequently, I'm way behind schedule on launching the store. The app integrates well with Shopify and has a good setup guide. I had trouble importing my reviews from Etsy, but Ron from support was a big help and straightened it out for me!

The support from Han was awesome! Thank you very much! I have a request for developer. It would be great if I could choose specific template to send on specific date. For example, let's say I have template A and B. I would like to send template A one day after fulfillment and template B 10 days after fulfillment.
