Awesome customer support. Each update brings better features.

After trying several other review apps, I finally found the best. Judge.me is perfect for my store, and the price is extremely reasonable. No phone support, but their e-mail support is very prompt. I have never waited more than 1 day and my issues are always resolved quickly. Like it, love it, use it!

Judge.me is our personal recommended review app. During our research what we found were overly priced "service" packages to promote reviews, and ultimately they really do not do anything more. This wonderful app does everything you would think a review app should, but with the benefit of responsive, excellent support. Highly recommended!

Judege.me is a MUST HAVE APP! We've been on Shopify since 2014 and I can say with great confidence that this app is one of the best app's for the money that we've come accross and the service is outstanding. The app has all the funtionality you will want for a product review app at a fraction of the price of the other apps available. If you encounter any challenges with set-up or use, PJ and his team are very responsive and customer-focused. As we say, "Wow! Judge.me Really CLICKs!!" ;)

Very good customer support from JP and his team. At first i was not happy with the app but it turned out that i have misunderstood how it works - and JP contacted me to help solve every issue that i had so i am happy with it. I would recommend it to a friend. Very good customer service, support and i am hoping it will help drive up sales!

Awesome customer support! very fast from the beginning I clicked the button to install the app. They helped me import my Yotpo reviews (I'm finally free from Yotpo). So, I decided to upgrade and paid the monthly subscription. I wish they'll stay like this forever. Thanks again.

We installed the Judge.me Product Reviews App because we needed a deeper review app that was cheap enough, but something we could build on over the medium term future. The Review function for eCommerce has become highly relevant so this App came up as our best option. Works exactly as described, heaps of paid options that are solid channels for larger volumes or heavy personalization. The internal email feature is really the closer for me because it allows us to at least take that next step without changing Apps or code work. The main reason I went with this App for our Review Function was at first the many 5 star reviews, but in relevance to our business model, it was the bedrock-SEO type functions; speed miracle, automated non-hyped emails, flexibility of the app to integrate with many other functions. Very top works on this and it is sincerely appreciated.

I just wanted to say that PJ provides outstanding service and this app seems to be great! I highly recommend this app solely due to the service and the benefits this app can provide.

We have been using JudgeMe for a month and it does live up to its name - it is an Awesome Plan. It does every thing it claims it will do and it works smooth as silk. PJ was great and very fast in answering my questions and his help was above and beyond my expectations. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!

Really amazing app, and VERY amazing customer service - super fast and helpful. I was with Yotpo until that just did not work any more. Judge.me looks better, works better, has MORE features and is a MUCH better price! The backend is easy to use, and did I mention the support is great?! Really looking forward to working with this app more.

AMAZING APP! Highly recommend these guys. Far better than all of the other apps I tried. Best of all the service is better than any app i use. They reply almost immediately and will get it sorted for you. I used the free version for 6 months and the service was the same as I'm getting on the paid version. Couldn't be happier! Keep up the good work team!

I LOVE the Judge.me app. After using Yopto on another account and having them tell me it's $500/month for inline SEO, Judge.me was a godsend to find :)

Wow! This is hands down the best third party reviews system we've used, for two main reasons: 1. All the functionality we need +more 2. It's reasonably priced Love the social proof pictures! Oh, and that it integrates with Recently 3 and Searchise.
