This app is terrific and hands down the best support of any app I've ever tried on Shopify. I switched to Judge.me from Yotpo since their free plan had horrible support and a non-user-friendly dashboard, and I found that Yotpo's paid plans WAY too expensive for what they were offering. I'm getting everything I need and more with Judge.me on the Awesome plan for only $15/month, pennies compared to the price of their competition. It's almost too good to be true (but it is!). Highly recommend...I just hope PJ will be able to keep up with all his new customers since I'm sure this app's popularity is going to grow like wildfire ;)

Update (one year later): Judge.me continues to be a fantastic app with support that is unparalleled. PJ and his team are on top of their support requests and work in a timely and very professional manner. I just wish that Google would approve them as a feed provider. Fingers-crossed! Just installed this app and am very pleased with it. Very easy to use and set up. Being able to request reviews from previous customers before the app was installed is a great feature. Have gotten over 400 reviews from previous customers in less than 24 hours. Reached out to customer support for some help getting it installed on a very customized theme and they got it done in under and hour! Very impressed!

I chose Judge.Me for my review app since it all but 1 of the features I wanted. I don't remember what all my requirements were but here are some; reviews with photos, reviews that offer discounts, review from within an email, being able to exclude products from reviews, good price, being able to curate reviews before publishing, having verified reviews and being able to add previous orders to verified reviews. The feature they didn't have at the time, dynamic coupon codes has now been added, though I haven't tried it yet. The app has been really easy to use and looks great on my store. The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have had any issues, PJ is on top of it immediately.

Great Review app! The pricing on some of the other review apps are pretty high. I like that this app uses a straight forward pricing model. We found judge.me by searching for an alternative to Yatpo. If you are using or thinking about using Yatpo, there is no comparison. Judge.me offers a better product with better customer service at a fraction of the price. Thanks, PJ!

I just realized I hadn't made a review for this yet, despite it being one of my fav apps. I've tried most of the affordable review apps (of which there aren't many) and this one is easily the best, along with the support. One of the main factors here is that the app loads pretty much as a part of the page and at the same time. Other ones I have tried feel like a slow loading tacked on solution. This is even worse when you're viewing 'all reviews' page and you literally have to make the user sit there for 5 seconds or more with no other content to look at, making it very noticeable. Definitely deserves to be the number 1 review app for shopify. The developer works only with Shopify and doesn't try to cater to multiple platforms, which is why it's so optimized for the website.

Adds a whopping ** 203kB ** javascript file to your page. Yes, 203kB, and that does not include the reviews. It's as if you included the full jQuery library 6 times. Even if your site has no reviews, it'll still add this gigantic .js file, just check in Chrome Developer Tools > Network tab. SCREENSHOT: http://d.pr/i/jmef Developer calls this "SpeedMiracle" and ironically as soon as you install this app your Google PageSpeed rank drops at least 4 points.

We're only in the early stages of implementing and using, but thus far I give this a resounding 5 stars. Support is exceptional and go out of their way to amend settings as you ask to suit your site. Let's be honest with a few options for review apps on the Shopify market now it is hard to decide which is best, but I can honestly say from what I can see if the development of this app continues at it's current rate it's going to be one of the best if not THE BEST for the foreseeable future especially at a price that blows the competition out of the water! Everyone has their preference in terms of the basic look and feel of reviews, but I personally feel customers fundamentally just want a clear and crisp design and Judge has this apect absolutely nailed! Highly recommended.

The import, setup, and customization options are very extensive. Best of all, PJ has provided excellent support, and helped us work through a few of the language/customization edge-cases we've encountered in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this app!!

Love this app. We used yotpo for over a year and had horrible support as they wanted us to upgrade to a $300+ monthly plan. In the short time we've been using judge me, we have the doubled the amount of reviews in the space of 3 months and ar a much more decent cost. The support has been stellar. Can't wait for dynamic coupons to start working then our reviews will go into high gear.

Judge.me team are absolutely fantastic – they went way beyond anything I have experienced before in terms of service and support. If I could I would leave them 5,000 Gold Stars in their review but I am only able to select 5. We had a lot of questions about how we could use this app for our very specific custom needs and we had a few teething problems. PJ and his fabulous developer did a wonderful job helping us and even wrote a few custom scripts to meet our specific requirements. They held our hand and supported us until everything was clear and up and running. This is a highly recommended, well thought out and very valuable app that is being sold and supported by super caring and professional people who clearly have a huge future ahead of themselves. Just switched to Judge.me from another reviews app. It's been like night and day. With Judge.me I get a superior product at an extremely fair price. Not to mention the customer support has been top notch. I wish I had downloaded it months ago. Love it so far.

I want to give these guys ten stars! Respond time is ridiculously fast and they are so helpful. Since using this app my reviews have sky rocketed and this is a very powerful SEO tool and social media tool as well as showing endorsements of your product at the point of purchase, which i had totally underestimated. This app and the people behind it are game changers! They are a fraction of the price of another well known review system with the same functionality but at judge me the customer support is 100 fold better.
