Great app! I was particularly happy with the import option for old reviews from somewhere else. Customer service was also very attentive and fixed minor issues I had right away. Highly recommended!

Great app. The carousel on my homepage is awesome for boosting trust on my site. When I have a problem with anything customer service takes care of it very quickly with just a simple email.

Trialled 2 other review apps before Judge.me and I am so glad I found this as the others were more expensive and less user-friendly. Does everything it says, is easy to use and provides the social proof we need seamlessly. Recently updated my theme and there were tech issues with the migration of the app. PJ was on it immediately and had it fixed it eventhough it was the weekend. Amazing customer support, highly recommend!!

I am so happy I didn't spend thousands on a competitor app!! Judge.me does everything it promises, is easy to install, and their customer service is fast and helpful each time. Fantastic app, highly recommended.

Still tweaking to get it perfect but so far so good. Has all the features you need and SO much cheaper than alternatives. Support is top notch, and very quick, couldn't ask for anything better.

App is great - no complaints, but the customer service is 10-star. Developer responded within a few hours + fixed issues (including coding issues related to my site, not the app) as well. Best customer service ever.

Hands down the best review app I've used. Actually reasonably priced, great customer service (ridiculously quick responses within an hour), easy set-up. The best part is linking coupons to the review email to encourage customer feedback - my store's received near 50 five star reviews in just a few hours since installing it. Would recommend, no question.

Great App and super affordable! Customer service has been Excellent! I was struggling with importing my reviews from another website, and emailed support A LOT, and they were able to assist me each time! Judge.me app is the best that I have encountered. Nothing is too much trouble for the guys here. They are always prompt and useful in the replies. They have even put together customised solutions for my requirements. Judge.me is not only for reviewing goods. The app is the most adaptable of similar apps that I originally compared. Having used the Judge.me for 5 or so months it has been well worth the money. Really pleased with it.

Wow, not only is this app the best that is available for the features and price, the customer service by PJ takes this experience to a whole new level. No ticket system here, he responds via email within a short amount of time. He has helped me implement many of the features and has been patient with all my questions and requests! This service is amazing!! Keep in mind you have to provide great service or have a great product or else it will not help you with google listings. This service alone is making us realize we can bring everything in house and not rely on amazon or retail stores for sales. Check out dollar shave club or any subscription services and you ll see what I mean. It's all about reviews! Thank you! Keep up the great work :)

I can honestly say this is the best app I have purchased. Judge.me have ensured the set up is fast and easy. Their customer service is second to none. P.J goes the extra mile to help resolve any problems queries you may have. I would highly recommend.

UPDATE: We have been using judge.me from the start. We continue to be blown away by the evolution of features and the stellar support. The broad feature set and extensive customization put this app way ahead of apps costing way more. The latest new feature: a "featured review" carousel. We've added to our home page. Great for visitors and great for SEO. World-class app, world-glass support. UPDATE: This app just keeps getting better. We've already seen a boost in organic traffic that we attribute to our "stars" showing up in Google results on searches for our products. Today we began using the "All Reviews" page which is awesome (no pun intended)! You can spend A LOT more per month for a product review system, but why would you when there's Judge.me developed specifically for Shopify? The Awesome Plan gives you tremendous control over just about everything: timing of requests, content of requests, and appearance of the widget. The ability to base auto-requests on fulfillment is .. awesome. So is the ability to list addresses to skip. You can also manually request reviews. Much more expensive apps from others lack these features. This app just keeps getting better and better. And, as many others have commented, support is phenomenal. My only problem is that I can't come up with a word stronger than phenomenal. We're presently importing our previously-manually managed testimonials into the app and plan to deploy it on our store in the next week. I give this app SIX stars.

This is a wonderful app, I love how it makes getting reviews simple and easy. It automatically sends followup emails to your customers several days after their order has been delivered. Making it easier to get product reviews and feedback. It was able to integrate it into my review tab easily. Support is the best I have ever seen, they respond quickly and are always polite.
