Very user-friendly app and it has been great for capturing more reviews from customers. The customer service from the app team is also great at helping out if there are any issues.

Now that I'm using this app since few months now, I'm pretty confident by saying this is a wonderful app, easy to use and setup, It works like a charm and have many cross-app features. I can recommend Judge.me as one of the best app around, if not the best. I'm planning to go on a pro plan as soon as my shop gets higher numbers, because it has a lot more useful functionalities

Incredible product, even more incredible customer service. Responded to my emails within the hour and even changed my website's code for stylistic requests!

Honestly the functionality of this app is fantastic. It's so customisable to our site which is huge for us. We're migrating from another big (and very expensive) review platform and already really happy with Judge.me.

This plugin includes everything you need regarding reviews. Very easy and comfortable dashboard to manage you reviews. And most important, GREAT customers service! helped me with everything I needed, super fast response time! Very recommended. Recommend 10/10.

The app works as advertised and is reasonably easy to get up and running. Support was very fast and helpful. Something that I've found lacking with many Shopify Apps.

We used Shopify reviews before, but we had some issues with duplicate rich data in Google. We were a little worried about using a new app, because we had to adjust the styling again. But there was nothing to worry about. We could import all our older Shopify reviews and the restyling for the mail and blocks was really easy. We received great support from the Judge.me team customizing and implementing this in our website. One of the greatest features if that we also could send a product review request to customers that placed an order a few months ago. In a few hours we received more reviews than in a few months. I definitely would recommend this app!

I was looking for an app to get good reviews and send requests to all my old customers. This app allowed me to do so and in splendid fashion. The free plan is more than sufficient for a starter and is of tremendous value. The app, the support articles, the UI, the features, the instructions everything is of extremely high quality, precision and perfection. I am so happy with this that i was actually eager to leave a review as a thank you. One of the best products i have used ever! The support team is quick, kind and incredibly efficient and supportive too!

This app really gives you great customization options (WAYYYYY better than the Shopify Product Review App) and has a ton of other great features like emailing customers to ask for reviews, etc. MUST HAVE for anyone wanting to scale their business. Also, their customer support is so fast and so helpful!

This app is great and you don't have to use the upgraded version to enjoy the true benefits. I think my conversions increased because the help of reviews.

I worked with Yotpo for about a year and upgraded to a plan costing over $200/month. The number of reviews I needed was going to eventually cost us over $300/month. I was concerned about Judge.Me not working well and being subpar in performance. I'm not kidding, its actually better. They automatically install updates for you so your not trying to copy and place new code. Better app, fraction of the cost, and couldnt be happier!

Love this app, would highly reommend. Easy to use, great customer service who respond to any queries you may have really quickly. Easy for customers to leave a review due to automated emails. And review rating appears on product listings in google search which is great for social proof and SEO.

Love the app! Been using this app for a few months now and we've got nearly 200 reviews. We've had heaps of customers upload photos and customers are slowly starting to use the Q&A function too. Installing it I had a few questions but Judge.Me support answered and helped us with them immediately. I have gladly recommended Judge.Me to others.

UPDATE: They kept their promise of refunding if you are unhappy for any reason. So I have edited the rating of this review to 5 stars. -- Good luck if you try to cancel/downgrade the service. They hide the downgrade link from the control panel so the only way to do that is contacting them on the chat. A total waste of time. I used this app to show reviews on my site, super easy and the free version works great! I don't like the apps that are too complicated so I like how Judge.me pretty much does everything automatically

Had a little issue when installing but the Judge. me team was quick to help. This app has been the best review tool I've found so far for Shopify. I definitely have seen an increase in how many customers leave reviews since installing it.
