Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I don't review things often but I felt compelled to with this app. I was using YotPo and got fed up with it being inconsistent. Judge.me is 100x better, so many more features, the features actually work and it's a fraction of the cost of YotPo. I would urge everyone to move from YotPo to this (you can import existing reviews). Judge.me support is amazing too, they answer really quickly and sort out any issues you have.

This app has really helped our sales on up2boutique.com. People love to see our great reviews before they purchase our products and judge.me's customer support has been tremendous! They have answered me on the weekends or at nighttime in a timely fashion with all of our requests. The high ratings is what made us purchase this app and I wouldn't change a thing!

This app was exactly what I needed for my new Shopify store. Not only does it look great in action, the support crew is nothing short of seriously WONDERFUL. I would give more stars if I could!!

awesome app! I was using the shopify review app for years but this is so much better. take 20 minutes to go through all the options as it's much more powerful and complex than many other apps - totally worth it. Amazing support also

I installed this app in order to replace another one. It really looks great on my website and matches perfectly well with the design. For my specific need, I contacted the Support and they answered instantly. Amazing. I strongly recommend Judge.me. 5 stars !

Seem less app, works great and so customisable. Had a small issue when changing themes but the support agent was available right from the chat feature and fixed the issue straight away. Great service.

Excellent customer support. Very helpful setting up my reviews to that the snippets are correct and Google Search starts picking up on the reviews. I do not know any code and the assistance with this was great!

Don't spend over the odds on review apps like YOTPO! Judge.me is a WAY more affordable alternative - It's a No brainer

This is singularly the greatest Shopify app out there! If you own a Shopify store you are crazy not to install and use this app! We installed this on our shop.MousePads.Cool website and in 6 hours we received (23) 5 star reviews (including photos & videos) - and they keep coming in! It took 10 minutes to setup my dashboard and Judge.me did all the installation heavy lifting with their concierge service. 20 minutes after installing the app Judge.me was sending out custom emails asking for a review to all customers including going back 2 years to previous orders! Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Awesome app with incredible customer service! The set up was very easy, especially for having so many robust features. They done an incredible job with onboarding new clients. I just reached out to customer service for a technical feature I needed added to our site. Daniel answered right away and got the job done immediately. Very positive experience, I'm happy I went with Judge.me for our review app especially because they were the most competitively priced.

The customer service is great. The app does what it says it will do. They have a live chat which makes any troubleshooting super easy.

This app worth it! Fast customer support, easy app to use with free reviews import apps. Will consider upgrade later!
