Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I'm using the free version of judge me so far on a dropshipping store. I just wanted to show some reviews from aliexpress for credibility. So I used AliExpress Review Importer to import the reviews and judge me to publish them. It works in a great and highly customizable way so keep that in mind. I'm more than satisfied with this app, it's higly recommendable. And the support is really excellent. Daniel helped me via instant chat to customize a couple of seemingly difficult things in less than 5 minutes. I haven't used any other features of the app yet so I can't comment on those. But for publishing ali express reviews on your store this app is excellent! The free version has enough options to keep you happy, though the paid one seems much better and is worth considering using it if you get enough sales which I don't currently :) Overall, very proffessional looking app. Kudos!

Awesome app and even better customer service! Highly intuitive and pretty easy to set up. They helped me trouble shoot some set up issues via chat and were very prompt and knowledgeable. I tried Stamped.io and that app was a disaster. Judge.me has everything and more at a price that is super reasonable. Being able to solicit video and photo reviews at this price point is amazing. Don't hesitate to try this!

Great easy to use app that allows me to show customer product reviews. I requested help to get the settings sorted out for the app and I didn't have to wait long for assistance. Great service.

So I just installed the app as I wanted something that would email customers to submit a review and also be able to submit a review in-email. The installation was absolutely seamless! It imported my reviews from the Shopify reviews app and then the team at Judge.me sorted all the code out without me having to do anything. Within 30 minutes my website was looking better than before with more professional looking reviews. I am likely to upgrade to the Awesome package after testing it out considering it is so reasonably priced. Well done Judge.me.

This app works great. The review invite email has results in tons of reviews that we would not have received otherwise. Also the their service is excellent too. I submitted a support request on a Sunday morning and they had it completed in 10 minutes.

I would like to say that I tried several other apps for review and this one is the best far the best. Very good apps. Excellent support. Do all needed. Thanks.

Simply amazing! Works really well even on the FREE mode! So I'm already considering going full. Also their support team is remarcable!

The team at Judge.me was very helpful during the installation process and their offering is robust. I had used Yotpo for a while, and liked it, but the price point here is better for a small startup.

If i could give 10 start reviews, I would! Judge.me customer service is top notch! Great service and they could help me figure it out some problems in a flash. I also love their app. It's very easy to use and work great on my store! I highly recommend this review app!

They made it so easy to import the review option to my site. I don't know code and the app just installs it for you and makes it look so professional. When my store grows, I'll definitely pay $15/mo to be able to have pictures submitted. Use this app instead of Shopify's basic one, it verifies the purchase and is just much better looking. Fantastic service! I have never seen customer service like this. These guys are on the ball! while testing the app, I had an issue with 404 error appearing when I tried to edit the number of stars I wanted to give for the review. I spoke with Francisco and he fixed the problem. In less than two minutes. The problem was not their fault but rather a problem with my theme. The app is wonderful, I can now get reviews for my products easily instead of trying to do it one by one. I use the "Judge me" app along with the "AliExpress Review Importer". Together they make it a walk in the park to import reviews. I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars.

I've been using Judge.me for a while now, both on a Shopify store and a WooCommerce one. Everything about the app and the team behind it is amazing!! Whenever I have an issue or question, the customer service team is always extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this app to anyone.

Does what it says on the tin. Really like how it is free as it would not be easy for me to spend a lot of money on a review app especially since I'm only starting out.

Team was fast in installing the App to fit my theme. Helpdesk was responsive to questions asked as well. Overall, easy to use. I would like an additional function - allow date selection for import of reviews. Some reviews I saw were not imported into the App.
