This app is extremely easy to install and use. We switched from Yotpo to these guys and we can't believe how much better it is. The longer I have our online store and the more products and apps we try the more we find that the less expensive, less complicated apps are so much better than the expensive ones. This has all the same features we were using before and we are so glad we made the change.

We switched from Yotpo to Judge.me. We saw the pricing was so much better and it looked like it had all the same features. We were a little skeptical but thought it was worth a try. The support has been amazing. Judge.me completely set everything up and we have not been disappointed. The support has been incredible. The platform so far seems stronger than Yotpo's with less glitches. I would highly recommend.

My favorite app in the Shopify app store. You'd be a fool to get roped into the big expensive alternative reviews app. Seriously, there is nothing differentiating the "premium" reviews app from this one - if you think differently, you've misunderstood the functionality. I have a dozen successful Shopify stores and Judge.me has been invaluable to each one. The pricing is unbeatable, the chat support reply instantly to any question and the functionality is on par with solutions that cost thousands of dollars per year. This is the reviews app you're looking for!

The app support and functionality is just too good. Gives us the flexibility with curating reviews and seamlessly integrates with your website. We recently changed themes and the team pro-actively integrated all functions of the app to the new theme - 5 stars to the app and the support.

Best reviews app. No questions asked. Does everything the "other over priced apps do". Plus the support is incredibly responsive.

Very happy with this app. I used it extensively on Shopify and then imported my reviews easily after moving to WooCommerce. Rich functionality, great support and no issues whatsoever in active use for a year or more.

I'm so pleased with how this app allows customers to write reviews and add photos and videos too. My favorite part is how I can easily set up and customize automated requests for product reviews. I also love that for customers for whom we have their email address on file (in our case, we don't always have email for our brick and mortar customers), they get a "verified" badge on their review to provide further trust to viewers that the reviews are real. I've finally gotten a few reviews on my site and it makes me feel much more connected with my customers, and I know it will help future customers make informed purchasing decisions, which is what we really strive for. I know for a fact that the first three reviews were thanks to the automated review request emails, which is awesome! I also appreciate the Judge.me support team for promptly helping me with a formatting issue and answering my question about how the verified customer badge works.

We've tried a couple of different review apps and this is the best. It was super easy to migrate our old reviews over and I love all the integrations it has. It's a bargain for what it provides too.

I really really love how detailed this app is, amongst many other features. Customer service is top notch and they really listen to you. I love that you can use between two shops. Great work guys!

Review UPDATE: Moved from 1 to 5 stars based on two things. 1 - The app is great and very easy to install (no really, it IS easy). 2- PJ the founder is HANDS ON, dedicated and a shining example for others. My initial 1 star review came from a realization during on-boarding that the email template does not work exactly the same with Outlook (still works, just not the same in-email form). After a hiccup with support, PJ explained that Outlook represents only a small percentage of email so I decided to stay with Judge.me and I'm glad I did.

Fricking Stellar!!! I've never had such a great experience on the back end with an app. They do all the setup and make it so easy! And it looks way better than Yotpo. I'm so happy I'm making the switch! Way more features for way less moeny, and soooo much easier! The support can not be beat! If only ALL apps were this awesome and this easy!
