Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I downloaded the app a few weeks ago but decided to not use it for one reason or another, but nothing bad. just did not suit my needs. I noticed some coding was left behind and contacted support to ask them if they could remove the coding for me via email. I received a response with in minutes asking me for access to the store admin. They removed all the code without any fuss and was very quick and polite. I did read the other reviews and think some of them are unfair, they clearly say that code will be left behind as they have no access after the app is installed and all people need to do is contact them. I would be happy to recommend the app and will also be using their company for future apps that suits my need. Regards zerozen

I've been using this app for a few years and it has worked flawlessly. I upgraded my shop theme to the latest version and there was a small issue with the review microdata and the Judge.me team sorted it out within 30 minutes on a Saturday. I was blown away.

Awesome App! It is easy to use and works with other apps within Shopify, to boost customer loyalty and capture reviews. I had an issue with my review pics showing up on my homepage. No Prob! I thought I would not hear back until the next day. Nope. Within 2 minutes. I explained my issue within the chat. It was 5 minutes later, the problem solved! Great Customer Support! It is easy to use and customize. Love the fact that the other apps I use within Shopify, will pull the reviews and add them within our email follow-ups!

Great product and fast response from customer service. Most of the time, the app developer got complacent once they are established, but not Judge.me. The app is easy to understand and use, it covers a wide range of functionality which is enough for most people to boost their websites. Price is good, especially when you subscribe when they're having offers.
