Today, I experienced customer service so good from Judge.me that I actually told 3 different people. The app is really great as advertised and all that jazz, but the customer support was so extremely good, that it made me rethink if I'm doing enough for the customers in my business. I was stuck between this app and another for my reviews, and in literally one day they've gained a customer for life. 10/10

They helped customize the review widget on my website. I am not computer savvy, and I told them what I wanted and they did it on their end. This is the 3rd time they have done this for me. Extremely helpful, I would say beyond my expectations.

I installed this about 2 weeks ago and I love it! The features are amazing. I love the fact that I can send follow up emails to customers asking them to leave us a review. The customer service team is also very helpful. They helped me with importing the reviews from my old review app and manually installed the code in my theme.

I used this app to help build customer confidence in our products. It has worked really well, and we have a number of customers who have left reviews on our site. The support team is also amazing, whenever I have a question, they are speedy and friendly with their response. The app is easy to use once you get used to it. I have tried other similar apps that were just too difficult to manage. This one ticks all the boxes.

Easy to install, awesome support and plenty of useful features such as facebook tab, coupon, snippets, Google product review feed, ... I even use this app on my Wordpress website!
