dope app. easy to use. has some complex features so it takes a few hours to get used to but the support system is great. theyre fast and answer all questions quickly. highly recommend bc its cheaper than the other big apps

Just amazing! My store has a custom theme, so the review widget had to be installed manually. I contacted the support and they did it for me in just a few minutes. It looks great, it's easy to use and it's the best review app in my opinion.

The autoinstall option didn't work for me but support got back to me within a few minutes and fixed everything! The reviews look great on my site.

The response time for support is amazing. It doesn't matter what time you write to them, it can be in at 1 AM or 1PM, they resolve your issues almost immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great app with even better support. I love the fact that customers can leave video reviews and that your product star rating shows up on google.

Great app, but there's probably some other great review apps on here too. Difference maker for me was the "support chat" they have on their site. VERY quickly I can discuss/troubleshoot issues with a smart person. Love it!

I had trouble with 404 error with my review page, but the problem was solve with the help of Kien. The service is amazing, just need to be a bit patient.

Can't recommend enough. Top app. Top company. Rapid response to a query I raised. Previously adapted shopify reviews to suit my needs, but they started giving me real butt ache in Google Search Console with Googles recent update. I wish I'd come to these guys a lot earlier than I did, particularly since the Free option is so good! This has generated more reviews in a day than I could generate with shopify reviews in a month. I've already upgraded since it is worthwhile to us, but whether you take free or paid, this app and it's support is unrivalled.

The integration is terribly bad! It automatically added bits of text randomly as soon as we have installed the app, without any prompts while installing it. After integrating it, everything seemed to be ok, so we have tested our listings with the Google Structured Data Tool, and it resulted in messy output. So contacted Judge.me support at support@judge.me on the 17th of October directly, with NO response. Afterwards we used the built-in Support Function to ask for a resolution, just to be told that it's a Google bug! We have provided clear proof that other Shopify Stores with other review systems have no issues in the Google Structured Data Tool and for three days we have had no replies back. The system and service are massively lacking. Update: I have been contacted by Alex at Judge.me and he addressed all my points: - They are investigating the reason my email went missing - The update related to the Google Structured Data Test tool was pushed and it positively affected our listings, without having anymore issues now. Thanks to the Judge.me support team.
