This app is easy to use and is very effective. I had an issue with Schema stuff that i dont understand and i contacted their support staff and they fixed it within hours and followed up with helpful documents. Very happy with them.

Awesome app, I've used it for many months now and everything works smoothly. There is a lot of advanced options that we really appreciate. The customer service is also amazing, I've mailed them and they fixed one technical issue in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended

Ok so I have to say that I had started HATING this tool. And the reason for that is the interface, which is NOT intuitive AT ALL. (still isn't) BUT, I pushed through, and they've got two things that they did better than anyone else : - AMAZING customer service and technical support, almost 24/7 - access to A LOT of features - For a fraction of the price competitors charge If you can hire a UX designer and fix that first horrible pain point, you will have a killer app. Structure and group the features better, have a better on boarding process. I now use the Judge.me review App for both my shops. I believe they are the #1 review App available. I requested technical assistance on exporting and importing reviews from another App; their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend the Judge.me Product Reviews app.

This app is SO worth it. But more than that, it's a better value than anything else in the app store for the premium plan. It has all the features you want. In all the app settings pages, the Judge.me team has thought of everything to make it easy for the user. Any dummy could figure it out by following step-by-step. They have included great features that I didn't even know I wanted - like Facebook integration, Google reviews submissions, and automated emails to customers asking them to write a review. I like how they integrate well with other apps, like the tabs app. Their support is TOP-NOTCH and so wonderful, responsive, easy to understand and communicate with - they were an absolute pleasure to work with. This is an awesome company!

Don't know if there is any other app with the service Judge.me has provided. Within minutes of signing up they installed all the widgets for me. The import process was also seamless. Integrations with some of the most used apps, plenty of customizations and great price point. 5 stars all around.

This is one of the cheapest app at Shopify which provide all solutions that you will get from expensive apps. The support team average response time is 3 minute which is very good as compare to other apps.
