Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

This is an amazing app, very easy to install and setup. The team is very helpful. The app is set to enhance the UX and SEO and easily configurable. One important aspect we think should be revisited is the number of reviews that can be displayed on the first page in the product page without pagination is 10, which means google can read max 10 reviews per product. It would be great if it was possible for google to read thousands of reviews as user generated content to boost SEO. We highly recommend this app to all who are both beginners and have been around for a very long time!

Though the support is remoted, but their support is very prompt and professional! Highly Recommend to you guys!

A great app for reviews with a nice design. When updating your theme, there is very quick support to get the widgets in the right places quickly!

This app just does what it says, and really does it! Easy to install, easy to understand. And support? Wow, just amazing!! Needed the support twice (I'm NOT a computer wiz...), they answered and fixed issues within minutes! 6 stars!

We'd been using another popular review app and were very frustrated with usability as well as customer support. We were able to pay $300 to get a developer to fix the issues, then we decided to try out Judge.Me and everything worked the way we wanted immediately, no developer needed. When did one request, they changed it within an hour. Very impressed.

I really appreciate this app and the support is great if you need it, response times are quick and the app is very easy to use. Been using this app for a few months now and so very happy with the app as well as the support. The app has tons of great features and options to configure to fit my needs. It looks great on my site as well. The support team was extremely fast in helping me get set up and then when I changed my theme, they updated my new theme without me even having to ask! Recently they did a customization for me just to be nice (they didn't have to do it, it was just something I wanted). Oh, and the pricing compared to all other review apps cannot be beat. This is the single greatest Shopify app experience I have had in the nearly 3 years since opening my store. I wish I had found it earlier!! It does absolutely everything I wanted it to do, and although it was slightly confusing to get set up perfectly, customer service was available at 10 PM on a Saturday night via chat to assist me in correcting my settings. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars because it is truly, just like the product is called, AWESOME!

That is only the beginning of my praise. I install the app at 2 am in the morning. Judge.me had employees working on my site within minutes of my installation.
