The app is great and customer service is stellar! It was super easy to set up and looks native to my site. If you need customer reviews on your site and you don't want to spend a lot of time integrating it this is the app for you.

I just can say that I am absolutely satisfied with that app. Even the free version works pretty fine. Moreover I want to mention that the support is doing a awesome job, replies very quick and solved every issue I had so far. Thanks for that.

This is the best apps for reviews. I have tried 3 others before this. It has quadrupled the amount of reviews that I receive. They have exceptional customer service. The UI is exceptional. Very easy and intuitive setup. I wish all apps functioned at this level.

Imported and edited reviews from AliExpress, easy to use. I had very good support when needed. Customer service replies directly giving helpful instructions.
