Such a great and easy app, the onboarding looks intimidating, but it wasn't bad at all. I wish that I'd installed this a long time ago!

I use this app to maintain my product reviews. This is a great full SaaS product with an extremely helpful support staff that installs the widgets for you. I asked them to fix an issue on my Collections page and they fixed it in <3 hours. I would highly recommend this app.

The Support is insanely good and fast! Never had the experience to get this type of assistance for a partly free app. Definitely recommend!

What I like about this app is that it can be import/export reviews and Q/A from one site to another. And the things I like the most is the Chat service. I was lucky to have Louis to help me through setting up import/export reviews and Q/A to my new store. He was super helpful and knowledgable!! 5 stars to him!!! What I don't like about is app is that when they get too many tickets/emails, the chat function disappears. It can get frustrated when you want immediate help. Then the only way you can get support is through submitting email and go back and forth on emails. I was in the middle of chat with Louis and in the middle of our chat, they were experiencing a high volume of support requests, my chat with Louis got dropped just like that. The chat button was nowhere to be found. Lucky shortly after, we were able to resume our chat and finished what we were set out to do. Overall, the app was great and Louis was wonderful to work with!

This is one of the easiest, most seamless apps I have used to date. I am not technically savvy, however the way the app is setup & the support from the team is unbelievable. Most amazing app for reviews & helps to boost sales!

This app is honestly the best reviews app for any website no matter the theme! There is nothing they cannot do for your website. So easy to integrate, and change what you want to change unlike the other apps. Highly recommend using this app!

I recommend this app for anybody looking for a pretty complete product review app offered on a free plan. The configuration options are incredibly detailed, including limiting product reviews for customers only. The installation is very simple and support is extremely fast in responding to your queries.

One thing I really have to say Judge.me does better than any other review app I've worked with is their customer support. I think their app design is a bit confusing. It is easy to get lost in their menus. But their customer support team is so responsive (usually responds in minutes) and competent it makes up for it.

I was a YOPTO user. I browse these reviews to understand why Judge,me was better. One person talk about the price. They were right ! but it is not only that. Keep in mind that just having stars on product is not enough, you need an app that will send review reminders to your clients and integrate with other app (loyalty program and shipping apps) to ensure you have regularly new reviews. You can forget Shopify review :) I do not regret my move as YOPTO is good if you have not a lot of orders but as we use POS (for our shop) and the online shop, the cost was ASTRONOMICAL for a review system (= we need to sell 1-4 products just to cover the cost of a review app...which is normally there to help you to generate extra profit). I mean we are talking about more than $150 of savings a month ! We decided to stay with Judg.me also for the service. If the concierge service is a little bit confusing at first (basically you cannot touch the code, they do everything for installation), it is not a problem as they are doing the job within 3 hours after installation (less than 15 minutes for us). They are also very reactive and helpful for any other needs which is almost mandatory as you cannot customise much by yourself (I mean for the installation). This is the best customer service and most reactive people I ever seen on Shopify. In term of options, they offer a large range of options and you can tweak almost everything pretty easily. The email template system is really cool and easy to use (drag and drop) and much better than on Yopto. It is also multi-lingual. You get Q&A and all options for less than $20/month which is cool as you know that the system will grow up with you ...without exploding your budget. You have everything you need for reviews (much more than what you need when you start a website in fact) and at least you know there is no extra cost for what is available in the future when you will need it. My only suggestion is maybe to 'revamp' the settings menu as at first it is very overwhelming (a lot a lot of text and options). Using Icons will make it more attractive and easy to understand. But definitely not a big deal. Congrats guys, beautiful app, very customer oriented. For you reader, trust me, you can go for that app especially if you need photos and an automatic system, that will reminds your clients to post a review.

Judge.me is the preferred review app by my developer, Realm Developers. This app has a ton of features and support is lightning fast. The interface is easy to use. I like the feature where customers can use the app to ask questions about a specific product.

I've been using Judge.me for a year or two now after switching away from Yotpo because of the cost. It's been a great platform that customizes well with our site and the support has been great!

I love this app! It's so easy to use and was easy to set up on my site. I love that I can curate the reviews and choose which ones to publish. Thank you!

Incredibly fast to respond to queries when requesting support, friendly and efficient too, will definitely be sticking with this app!

I am currently using the free version of the app and am very surprised on the great help with problems while on the free tier. I was having problems importing reviews from Etsy and started a chat with support, thinking that I would have to wait until Monday morning to hear from support. I ended up getting help in chat and then support asking for a copy of the file I was trying to import. They looked at the file, deleted the reviews that I had uploaded with errors and imported the corrected review file. Then they send me the updated review file and a description of what was wrong with it. This kind of support is rare with paid apps and unheard of with free apps. Once my business can support it, I wil be upgrading to the paid tier.

Love this app and customer service. Super fast response and wonderful technical support. Highly recommended!
