excellent customer interface, works very effeciently...put it on automode and it does what its supposed to do...once you add this app, you will not look for an alternative..

This app is amazing, it does its job pretty well. But the customer support is AMAZING, I had a coding problem and I contacted the judge.me support and they have fixed it in 2 minutes when the Shopify support and theme developer weren't able to do it and they stressed me out. God bless them, they deserve all the compliments!

Great service behind a great product. Pretty comprehensive so far. Pricing's fair for my small local business. But what truly adores me is the warm and welcoming support team. Mark has been especially helpful :)

You can't convert the files to yopto, the file layout doesn't align. Lots of lookups and manual changes to get it to fit. Judgeme product names don't match with Yopto, which is the big thing. Just watch out when you have a lot of reviews, you will lose your reviews unless you change the names yourself.

I just installed the app! I still have so much to work on to refine for my needs, but based on the customer service, I am already loving this app!! Update: I had a second interaction with the customer service! they are the best on any app I tried on Shopify!!!!

So far judge.me works great. And their support is lightning fast and effective. Kudos to Thang Phung for fixing our structured data within minutes after I reached out to support. What was really important for us regarding a review app was multi-language support. So far I haven't found any other app with better multi-language support. However, there is the caveat that you cannot translate the reviews themselves without being forced to use Weglot translation app. Weglot is not an option for us since its javascript decreases pagespeed to much. So when using Shopifys native translation API the reviews remain in their original language. However, no one else has cracked this nut yet either and even big shopify plus stores like decathlon do not translate their reviews and have a mix of German, French and English in their review sections. Setting judge.me up took me a while due to the vast amount of features and options. But I rather have a lot of options to get used to than being stuck with default options! In summary: heaps of bang for bucks and great support!

When I changed my theme, the product review disappeared. When I reached out to them, they literally resolved the issue within 5 min. I am just so stunned. Wonderful product, and wonderful customer service.

This is really working well, there were few issues. Got help from support. Working good. Import function needs to show actual error if possible, otherwise, import has multiple options. Imported 9k records and no issues found.

I have been using this app on our store and I can't recommend it enough. The free version also has quite a few features and the paid one is definitely something that's too good.
