The app is working great. I had a small issue with pagination that the support helped me with extremely quick. The service from helpdesk is outstanding.

We have replaced Yotpo with Judge me. Yotpo is such an expensive review app with limited features and not a good service and product. While Judge me has a better product, great customer service and much much affordable. What impressed me is the load time. Judge me loads instantly while our previous review app needed some seconds

I used several review apps before Judge, including the Shopify default review app, Judge.me is the best Shopify review app by far. I'm using the free version right now, and they responded to my questions within 24 hours! That's amazing support for a free app. I've been using it for couple months now and will upgrade once I get to know how it works better.
