We swapped over from Yotpo to Judge.Me approx 12 months ago! I remember the transition to be very seamless. We changed apps because Judge.Me was better for our budget. It still has all of the same features and I have found it very user friendly. I highly recommend Judge.Me not only for these features, but also because their customer service is exemplary. They are always fast to reply and you are speaking to a real person. This makes a huge difference if you need help with something that needs urgent attention. 5/5 for me!

The judge.me developers put a lot of work into this app, as evident from the numerous features, settings, and continued add-ons. I'm really impressed with how far this review app has come. Support and documentation are also top notch. Their documentation is thorough and complete with up-to-date screenshots. Their support is prompt, helpful, technical enough to assist, and willing to support the "free tier" users. I'm also grateful that their free tier has so many features. As a small business owner just getting started, I am not able to afford the $15 /month plan, but will continue using their free tier until I am able to afford the paid plan. This is a wonderful app for all shopify storefronts. A+ work!

Absolutely fantastic app. Easy to set up, highly configurable, great widgets and new features being added regularly. Only used support twice (An import issue and a small bug) but they were very responsive. Cannot be beaten at this price point and I've used most of the review apps over the years.

It is the best app... I can say way much more better than most of the famous paid review apps. It is totally worth to install whether you are new or you are a experienced on shopify.

I have installed it on Shopify and on Woocommerce and it works perfectly. You can set automations to send email to get more reviews. You can also choose how to display reviews on your shop so that the overall design looks good. I also got support from customer service team and it was great, really fast, kind and helpful. I think it's an excellent app and I recommend it to everyone, even those who have recently started their business. Thanks

Almost 1,000 reviews later, the app has been very functional with minimal bugs. When we did encounter a bug, it was resolved within 3 hours! Love this team and love this app, wouldn't use any other review app!
