I've recently added this app to my store https://notboringhome.com so that customers can leave feedback on our home decor. It was simple to install and started bringing in reviews very quickly. But a few weeks after setting it up, Google notified me of an indexing issue via Console. I contacted support through chat and Louis from Judge.me helped me on the spot (on a Saturday!). He made sure the Google error was resolved and even helped me discover a few other errors I needed to fix on my end. Top notch support! Never experienced this with any other app. I highly recommend!

I used this app for a little while but decided to remove it for the time being, not because the app was poor. I found unnused Javascript on my site, but found this to be slightly slowing my site, I reached out and asked for it to be removed, and Jhair Silva was incredibly quick and fixed the issue straight away!

Happy with this app so far and the support has been excellent. The features are really great for any online business and helps with making sales. Would highly recommend.

Great review app, great customer support, great value for money also. Only thing missing is an integration with langify, but to be fair they have a weglot integration.

We added Judge.me to our website a few months ago and are extremely pleased with the outcome. To date, we have received hundreds of reviews from our customers. The app does a fantastic job of automating requests from customers and the design looks great on our site! We recently updated to an Awesome account and are now sharing reviews on our Social Media sites as well! All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with the performance of this app. It's definitely worth adding!

Such a great and easy app, the onboarding looks intimidating, but it wasn't bad at all. I wish that I'd installed this a long time ago!

We use the app to collect and show ratings & reviews for our product on our website. Overall really like the ability to customize to our needs and the free product has fit our needs nicely so far, which I greatly appreciate. The support team response was quick and they also helped to implement our review carousel via Shogun page editor, which I highly value as a non-technical Shopify store owner.

The best reviews app we have tried so far. We are receiving many more replies to feedback since we have installed it. As customers can start writing the review from the email directly. Support is just awesome, they have helped us with some tweaks. Thank you!
