i switched from another more expensive review app that was a little ridiculous on the price, this is really clean and has all the features but with a fair price... the other apps wanted way more just to get more basic features that are available here like adding a photo review or video review.. also the support is really really good, they have a live chat and usually respond right away to solve the problem, way easier than email and really fast... very happy with this app

Excellent customer support when we migrated from stamped.io to judge.me. Phat, the customer service rep, went out of his way to help us with all the million questions we had doing several zoom calls and sending many emails explaining things to me.

Extraordinary support, in minutes, solve all the questions regarding installations. I like that emails are available on the free version.

They're super helpful and attentive at Judge.me. If there's anything you want done, fixed, or customized, you just send them an email and they get back to you right away and fix the issue. The platform works great, looks good.

Update: Still love this app and how quickly they update when I make changes to my theme - they're the best! I love this app and the Judge.me team! I was able to import reviews so easily, and the support is stellar. They respond so quickly and really take care of their customers. It is such a great feeling to know that reviews and all of the issues around them like importing from other sites is one thing I know will go smoothly.

5 year Shopify customer... HIGHLY recommend Judge.me app! I can't believe I went so long without using Judge.me!!! I was using the free Shopify Reviews app which is nice, but Judge.me has a truly top notch product! The ability to email customers after purchases for reviews (based on the timing you choose) as well as upload photos or videos.... SO GOOD! Their onboarding team has been super helpful and really quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.

The customer service response is very fast, the service attitude is very good, it solved my problem very well, it is highly recommended

This is a great app. Works as it should and is easy to set up. Customer support is great. Not sure what else to say! :)
