The customer service has been amazing! I used Judge.me to import reviews from Etsy and cannot believe how lightning fast I was able to get help multiple times as I had questions arise during setup.

We just started using this app after trying other top review platforms. It offers the same features as platforms charging $199 per month for only $15 and the support team is awesome. They respond very quickly and helped us set up our shop. Highly recommended! Update (9/27): I would give this app and the support team 10/5 if I could. Everytime I've contacted the support team they answer within minutes and help us right away. Thank you again for all your help!!

My experience with Judge.me has been very pleasing, I changed from a competitor sometime ago and haven't looked back. I wanted a reviews app that was simple to use and implement & had good support. Judge.me met and exceeded all my expectations. Their Help Center is extensive with articles and knowledge on everything you need to know to get you started and troubleshoot any issues. I contacted support with a couple of questions and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt service I received, they quickly resolved my issue and put a request into their product team for another request I had. Judge.me Reviews app is an essential addition to any store to help improve your customers' experience.

I've been using Judge.me for over a year now and love the ease of setup. It's been super helpful in helping me grow my reviews which also help to grow sales. It also integrates with a lot of different apps. The team is super responsive and and helpful whenever needed. Keep up the great work.

I recently moved from YOTPO to Judge.me. These guys are far superior! You get way more bang for your buck without the ridiculous tiered pricing that YOTPO has, not to mention the vast library of integration between Judge.me and other apps. In YOTPO, you have to signup for Custom Pricing to integrate with Klaviyo. I found out that that pricing starts at around $5000! Judge.me integrate without issue and no price gouging either. Worked perfectly last year, having some issues but turned out not be not due to this app. They have been extremely responsive in helping me identify the problems. I expect to be up and running soon.

Great app, we are using the basic (FREE) amazing to be honest. Planning to move into the next stage as the app do what we needed. If you want to try, don't think twice..... You can add Carousel review in your Home page... You can have reviews for individual product.... Really easy to use and simple for customer... and more.... Few issue the with Full page review because change the head of that page from our original head title but not a problem. I am sure if i contact them they will be able to help. Thank you guys

This app has been very useful and I love the automatic integration into my Shopify website. Also, customer service has been outstanding and quick to respond to my questions. The main reason why I made it 4 instead of 5 stars, is it is very complicated and not very user friendly. To do even simple task, I need to request help from support to figure out everything.

I lOVVEEE this app! its perfect for everything I need it for and was looking for in a review page. I had some issues at first trying to get my review page set up, but I contacted them and they responded really fast and trouble shouted me through the whole thing. I definitely recommend this app if you're looking for a professional review page for your site :)

I've just moved from another app as I wanted more features. I was able to import existing reviews easily. The support has been great.

Currently using the free version on my relatively new store. Was easy to install and seems to be working fine so far.
