Excellent customer support and a powerful set of features at a fair price, much better than other apps we've looked into, and the only affordable one that allows us to easily disable review requests for specific products and customers.

Love how they are quick to respond to inquiries! Very easy to use and integrate, and if you don't know how to do things, they will help you figure it out.

easy to use and works fine. I'm not sure if there is an option to remove the product photos in the home page. That would be great.

This is a great app for shopify users. It has a lot of functionalities and flexibility. But the key thing for us was support. They are very responsive.

I love this app! My customers respond really well to the automated emails. The whole thing was really easy to set up with my Shopify store - including customisations.
