A solid review app. Relatively easy to customise, customer service for further customisation was extremely prompt. Love that we can group similar products (colour variations of the same item) for reviews. Settings are a bit clunky and difficult to navigate the main menu to bar, then then sub top bar menu AND a side bar menu... sometimes really have to dig to find the setting I want. Once there, it's very easy to understand. Overall, happy with using judge.me

Excellent application and customer support. I reached out to the support team twice; they were quick to respond and resolve my issue with ease. I've been testing out various review apps for the past month, and I can say hands down they give you the most features, and no one can beat their price. I have judged that judge.me is guilty of providing a great app, it is simple to use and very intuitive, the support team are epic and one of the best things is they are light on js and CSS leading to faster pages

Judge me is a really good, easy to use and clear tool for product reviews. And what's even better is the kind and dedicated support team which is always there and ready to help. I was in contact with Phat and earlier with Bilal. They both did an amazing job. Phat implemented my wishes in the best way possible and helped me a lot since I don't have the best tech skills myself. All over this app seems to offer a great experience when collecting customer reviews and has an excellent support team.

I have a unique situation for product reviews and Yotpo just wasn't handling it. Yotpo customer service said there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. I reached out to JudgeMe and I must say they answered all my questions and set everything up for me. What I thought would be a 2 week process in my spare time turned into a 24 hour turn around to go from Yotpo to JudgeMe Reviews with very little effort on my part. So far the app is responsive and works very well. I was able to group certain products to share reviews which was very important for us. I can't wait to see how this helps us acquire more reviews in the future.
