Oh my goshhh! I loveeee JUDGE ME! I was having a problem reviewing my reviews past page one and with one chat message Judge Me fixed within a matter of minutes. All i had to do was reach out and the customer service rep Mountassir Billah was very fast at responding, friendly and even showed me how to clear my cache. I love it here and will forever be a Judge me client.

Very impressive app and more impressive service and support. I recently migrated our store over to Shopify and needed a Review App. I read up on the options and Judge.me seemed to offer everything that I could think of. Installed it and imported about 4k reviews from a csv file. We are now set up with customization of the layout, fonts, and colors, and automated product review requests on our selected scheduling, etc. Like anything new (to me) the work is in the set up. But it doesn't take long and the most amazing thing about Judge.me is the customer service - the team consistently reply to all sorts of questions and requests, usually within an hour so. They always answered my question, or just performed what was needed to get the result and let me know "...we've completed xxxx for you". I've never seen service like this, and we are still on the Free Plan! The "freemium" plan has everything that you need, and the paid plan offers customization of EVERYTHING. We'll likely be upgrading to the paid plan in the near future.

This review app has everything you need for your store and more. I'm extremely pleased with it. Also if you need any help the support is very quick to respond and helpful.
