I needed to add the preview badge to a custom page but did not know how to do so. I contacted the support team and asked them whether they could help me out and they did it super quick! They have a very helpful support team :)

What I liked is: 1) Good price, 2) three modes of review display and a q&a tab (on the awesome plan), 3) fast responding support that completed my custom requests within 24h.

I had a problem with the widget location and the customer service changed it right away. Love the app . Very flexible . I highly recommend you use it . It will help you generate sales .

I use Judge.Me on both my eCommerce websites and love it because it is both easy to set up as well as has amazing customer service. Every time I've reached out, they respond within a few minutes. I've been very impressed, well worth the price.

The app is super easy to install and intuitive to configure. Plus, it looks great. However, the Reviews and Q&As tabs were being displayed underneath the product pictures and before my product description. That meant the customer needing to scroll down past reviews to get to the description, which would have not been a great experience. Therefore, I reached out to the team at Judge.me asking if they could move the Reviews and Q&As tabs, as additional tabs on the product page, alongside product Description. It was not easy to do, but they did it. Now my product page looks very neat, I am really pleased. The team are awesome! Very well organised, friendly, and professional, enjoyed working with them.

Awesome service extended by the support. My messages were replied literally within seconds and they really know their stuff very well and all the service extended are really helpful. My problems (which were hanging with other review apps) are solved instantly. Besides, the app is full of features that you need, it takes care of every need that your store would possibly need. Highly recommended app!

This is always my goto review app. Even though it is free you get FULL support! Chat is always there fixing your stuff when you request it. Doesn't push u to write a review or upgrade in return for 5-star support. It does what it needs to do as well. Show Reviews Send Email for Reviews after product arrived.

I enjoyed accepting reviews on my website and the emails that get sent out to let you know that you have a new review.

So far so good! support is super fast and deals issues in a sec ! the paid plan is great and even though look looks good I prefer this app that allows you to personalize your review as you want.
