I think this is one of the best apps on Shopify. Not nearly enough companies know about it. For absolutely no money they offer a really great, reliable and reasonable service. There's no bells or whistles, but it does the job and gets reviews. If you do want bells and whistles however, it's just a fraction of what other similar apps charge, and it's just as good. Would highly recommend - I've used Judge.Me for years (both the free and paid for versions).

A fantastic app for product and store reviews. Fully customisable, from the website widgets to the customer email templates. The level of customisation was a bit daunting at first, but the support has been excellent, very quick responses and every query resolved no problem. Worth a lot more than the monthly fee!!!

I absolutely love this app as well as the customer service and assistance I receive from this developer as well! They respond quickly to help assist and resolve any problems that may occur. I had my theme updated and was worried I wouldn't be able to transfer my reviews. They automatically moved everything over for me- I didn't have to do a thing! This app is really useful. We recently created a shopify boutique, but we had an etsy shop for more than 4 years with a lot of reviews. We have been able to import all of them very easily. This kind of app adds a lot of value to our products, people are able to see what other customers think and this is priceless for things that are not easy to judge without seeing them in person like clothes. Finally the support is very reactive to any request we had so far.
