Highly recommended. I needed some extra help with adjusting the style of the app to better integrate with the theme I use and the Judge.me team was super fast and helped me right away.

I am blown away by the top notch support that Judge.me provides in installing their widgets in your site. I've have gotten instant responses and even chatted with their support person to move their review badge a few pixels at a time until it was perfect. And the product works great and is well worth $15/month. I RARELY leave reviews but this company is stellar!

Superb app - works well with most themes and a must have for any ecom store. We have been using it for over 6 months and it has not given us any issues even when we changed theme. Support team is excellent too. Highly recommend it...even the free version is excellent!

so far so GREAT! I love how the reviews look on my site. I'm not very tech savvy and I messed up my file when I was trying to import. I opened a ticket, and the issue was fixed, almost magically with in about 15 minutes.

Excellent application and a great example of how world-class support works! We were using previously Yotpo that also has high-quality support but Yotpo's pricing model started to cause nausea.

I use this app to send emails for product reviews for my clients. It is a bright app, I would love though if it had a more advanced back-office, because sometimes I need to customize it a little more. However, everything I have asked for, the custom support has been spectacular. Thank you!

Really enjoy this app! You are able to set auto email requests for reviews after fulfillment, plus can request email reviews for previously fulfilled orders. It has taken review requests and follow up off my to-do list. The automated email review requests are also very effective at gaining reviews. I am getting a better response rate from the app than my personalized emails. I should have installed this app 2 years ago.

Customer service is fantastic! We needed to do something which the app doesn't naturally enable, but Javier was able to help figure out a solution.

Wonderful app and great service. The reviews have significantly increased on my website since installing the app. It's so easy for customers to leave a review now. Shopify apps are great, don't get me wrong. We'll run into good apps and bad apps. But Judge.me is an AMAZING app and definitely is NOT a one-trick-pony. But what separates them from other great apps...is their customer service. They communicate very clearly and have eyes and ears for detail.
