Good app with good customer care Very useful for importing and putting order to your reviews

This app is extremely useful for our Shopify store and the customer service is fantastic, speedy and very helpful!

Judge.me is a great addition to our website. We have a review section where people can review our business as a whole and it appears on our product pages too. Really easy to use and looks great. The customer service team is fantastic, we were having technical trouble and the customer team had it fixed within minutes of contacting them. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Great app, and the service is impossibly good. Every rep I've dealt with in the support chat is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and in every case they've been able to fix the problem on the spot. Nobody else gives service like they do.

The app itself is awesome--even for the free version, which they so rarely are--but the primary reason for my review is that their help desk fixes problems, I swear, before I've even sent the request email. I don't know how they do it; I've never experienced such killer support anywhere on the Internet ever.

This app just solved all my issues. I love the grouping settings that allow you to pool reviews from the same products. Excellent service. So fast to respond and on point troubleshooting. Highly recommend.
