Support was amazing in helping me move around the widget. I upgraded shortly after and loving all the new options to help boost conversions.

Easy integration and help pages if you get stuck with something along the way. Was able to import customer reviews from other sites utilizing the import feature. Loving it so far!

Never before have I been so impressed with an apps Customer Service, Quality, Response time to issues, Capability, Value for money and overall Ease-of-use. This is hands down a must-have application for your Shopify store. There are SO many features in the Free plan that it's easy to fall in love with this app quickly. The support team is incredible and respond so quickly. I've had conversations with at least 4 different staff and they are all experts in fixing my problems quickly and communicating clearly. The Awesome plan is very fairly priced and unlocks a whole new range of possibilities including the ability to automate the capturing of reviews from your customers with easy to setup email, sms, or push notification reminders. And this is just ONE of the many features Awesome unlocks. I don't often write reviews, but the Judge.me team really deserves the 5 Start rating they are maintaining on the Shopify App store. The settings are rather complicated so I had to contact their customer service, who's very responsive and helpful. Still I hope they can simplify the settings in the future.

I ended up switching to Judge.me, and the support team (Leon) did an AMAZING job ensuring everything is working perfectly. I love how it all turned out, and I'm quite happy our customers can also leave video reviews. GREAT JOB!

This app has great features and you really can't complain about the price! It is such a great deal. The support I must say is amazing. I posted a question and my issue was fixed in about 5 minutes! Haven't been using it long, but very happy so far!

Love the prompt reply from their customer support. I migrated from Woocommerce to Shopify and they help me to extract out the old reviews. They also help to fix the star rating position on my shop page. Will definitely recommend this app.

I really like the simplicity of the app. The others require editing of the CVS file which can be a pain at times.

I just installed the app. I'm still on the free plan to try it out. Looks good so far and the support team is awesome. I love how easy its installation was.. I'm so looking forward to see results especially from the function of the auto review request. By the way, this app was recommend to me by someone. So far so good! it is worth a try.

I tried out some other review apps but is hands down the best. It has so many features for free and to upgrade for some of the things, it is super affordable and worth it. The app is really easy to use which I love because I just don't have time to try and figure out complicated apps. Their customer service is also great and super quick to respond!!
