I had an issue with the CSS in the Narrative theme, the description overlapped with the judge.me app. Louis and Leonard fixed that for me and made customizations to the look of the app, I'm very happy with the changes. And super impressed with the customer service, the only thing that could make this app even better would be variant specific reviews, hopefully this option will be implemented at one point. Great app, can't go wrong!

So far so good. The app install process was painless and the support has been on point. Very quick to get back to any queries whenever I have needed. Looks like the app is going to be exactly what we need for a great price compared to some others.

Perfect app and perfect support. Reasonably priced , best option for Shopify stores. Yotpo is ridiculously expensive for what it does. Judge.me is the perfect option.

I love this app. Once it is set up it runs so smoothly collecting the customer reviews and notifying me and importing them to my site. I don't have to do a thing. Such an useful app to send your customers a request for multi reviews. The request dashboard clearly shows you when the requests will be sent out and allows you to push them out before or cancel them. I needed to ask a couple of questions and I got immediate and prompt assistance from Mohamed. I definitely recommend this app!

We have our reviews automatically populating now which is great. The set up was easy, but if we've had any queries the support has been the quickest I've ever experiences. Very accomodating and no waiting. Impressed with the customer service.

I used this app for reviews it is a pretty decent app. It is worth a try, especially for beginner store owners.

Just started but so far, much better than loox and reviews.io. It would be nice to have custom CSS classes to change the look instead of overwriting the current ones but that's a tiny detail.

Customer Service is unmatched and incredibly fast. Deleted Shopify Reviews and Loox Judge.Me was a better experience hands down.
